What an animation. Really think CBS have missed a trick not having this series as Kelvin based. Love the design of the sets, the ships, uniforms, all of it.
@@GeorgeCarlinWasAGod When did utter tools become the authority on what is and isn't a Star Trek fan? Suggest you go back, watch, and embrace what the fucking show is all about.
Set in the "Kelvin" (Sorry Personally hate the moniker. Prefer Alternative Universe # no.5 or "AU5") universe? This would have been preferred as that new universe is just "the wild west" and you can go nuts there.
I would expect a scene like this to actually be in Star Trek movie from the kelvin timeline. The quality and animation of this scene is better than some of the newer Star Trek shows and movies. well done!

dayum. I am one of those Abrams haters, but seriously : this thing could star an own series. Nothing wrong with a great design, and the fx work to the scene is outstanding.
I really liked those because it's based in the Kelvin Universe and I've been waiting an eternity for the next Kelvin Movie to come out or even a series because I need to know what's gonna happen to the Enterprise-A
As much as I dislike anything *Jar Jar Abrams Kelvin Timeline* and his protege *Alex Kurtzman Trek,* most of their ship designs (with very few exceptions), especially The Klingons and their ships are hideous, I must still say you have done an outstanding job on the cgi. You make this particual ship look more elegant than anything in those movies and more elegant thna most new ships designs in those series. So you deserve a thumbs up. Live Long And Prosper. 🖖
Outstanding design work and it looks excellent! I wish I could say the same of the Kelvin movies, but you have an eye for ship design without question! :)
Love the name of the station. I think he would have smiled at that knowing someone named a space station after him. The Tyson looks fantastic, and not the thicc boy they made the Big E out to be.
I am not a fan of the Kelvin timeline Enterprise, that's for sure, but this ship has better over-all proportions to me, the engine nacelles don't seem so oversized and "hair -dryer'ish". This is a really nice looking ship and the animation is beautiful too, nice job.
Clean Render and great modeling. I haver so many questions about how you did this like which program did you use, what was your sample count and did you use a denoiser for the final render? You don't need to answer those but just know how much I appreciate the work you put into this. Really, really amazing.
Now that they mentioned it on Discovery I really wouldnt mind a series set in this timeline. Use the uniforms from Beyond. Make it about a temporal agent if you want but I want more from this timeline
You should do some tutorials on how you made this. I can make some ok-looking ships in Blender, but nothing approaching this level of quality. I'd love to see how you pull it off.
We need a Star Trek series that follows a science team exploring and investigating mysteries. Each episode would be co-written by a seasoned ST writer and by a renowned scientist. For example, the episode co-written by Neil DeGrasse Tyson might have the ship experience the effects of extreme time dilation and gravitational waves while visiting a system where two black holes are about to merge.
This is a ship the size I want her to be Not too big but not too small , too small is not powerful enough but too big isn’t really cool since If you loose power and want to travel good luck
What an animation. Really think CBS have missed a trick not having this series as Kelvin based. Love the design of the sets, the ships, uniforms, all of it.
It's such a beautiful, modern update of the TOS aesthetic without making it feel kitschy
Kelvin Timeline Sucks! You are obviously not a true "Star Trek" Fan. You are a "JJ Trek" (Faux Star Trek) Fan instead.

I would've loved to have something in the movies-era: ST2-6. Mainly because I grew up with the movies during that time/era.

The Kelvin Timeline doesn't even deserve to exist period. Non-Canon "JJ Trek" Garbage.

The Kelvin style ships are so elegant. I've noticed that the TV shows are drawing inspiration from this
Really gorgeous! Looks like a refit or the "next-gen" version of the Freedom-class (U.S.S. Franklin in Star Trek Beyond).
dayum.

Actually that looked very good, should be a movie, no joke!
Nice ship, nice fly pass. Good names! ;)
TYSON for a star trek ship is a good name? plz man...
This is great. The detail is stellar. Thanks so much for sharing this.
Luv small federation ships please more want to see the Tyson class on space dock
Absolutely gorgeous. Great job. CBS should give u a job.
The briefing/observation room on the back is a very nice touch to an already gorgeous model!
MAN I LOVE STARSHIPS, almost ALL starships
BEAUTIFUL -
My God, this looks like it could have been in one of the movies!
Damn, this is movie quality. Freaking awesome.
The detail was awesome! Especially the crew inside
That’s a perfect animation, and I never say something like that.
Wow. Best fan made shot I've ever seen
Very slick! Congratulations!
Would love to see the USS Achilles from the PC game “DS9 The Dominion Wars” in this quality for once!!!
Beautiful work!
oh wow that's just gorgeous!
Nope! No Kelvin timeline for me. However, this is KILLER animation. THIS....this i like.
ofc the name Kelvin Timeline was named after the destruction of a certain USS Kelvin in the JJverse
Gorgeous ship!
Have an Excalibur class USS Tyson in STO. NCC 32908. Part of me wishes I'd seen this before getting it printed. Beautiful work!
That’s one good looking ship. Love the Deflector dish, very reminiscent of a Kelvin NX design.
It's ironic that Sagan, who criticized the manned space program in favor of unmanned probes, would be so honored.
Stunning.
What a beauty!
That's a pretty cool looking ship. Pity it's from the J. J. Abrams NON-Trek universe, though, which means this ship isn't as cool as one might think.
I'm not a fan of any Kelvin timeline style ships, or at least I wasn't until now.
That thing is beautiful, I'm stunned :)
Very nice!
Beautiful!
this is so well done
Looks beautiful! Paramount+ needs your help with their muddy CGI.
Amazing work
Where are all the camera flairs.... great job looks just like the movies!
That is a cool ship design! I really dig it!
Thank you
Yep, concur with others. The Kelvin timeline ships are so, _so_ much better.

This actually looks good, unlike most Kelvin Timeline ships.
speak for yourself, all the ships in kelvin timeline are firee.
very well done
Any videos on the Defiant Class Starship U.S.S. Block Island, a.k.a. the FBI or Fighting Block Island?
Awesome
Everyone’s a critic, until they get a phaser in the mouth.
My god that was phenomenal
*Very* nice ship :)
Impressive. Most impressive.

It's called the Narada Incursion now
Amazing job !!! I wish I could do this... I need some really good special effects and CGI for my fan film.... just WOW!!!
Brilliant work
This is great. I want a whole movie with associated cgi, now. Get on with it!!
Ah The Tyson. I bet the Vulcans AND Romulans crap themselves when they enter the sector.

80 or so.

Wheres Main Engineering supposed to be????
Oh come on ...
Why would they name a Starship after a boxer ?
( and if they did ... Iron Mike would be a better name )
It's named after Mike, not Niel
Nope, Neil.
Which Tyson is this named after?
Neil Degrasse Tyson
