Man, this guy's story is one of the dopest, and most inspirational stories. My man, managed to get a cell phone into prison, saw one of your guy's videos, and started calisthenics. Came out as a beast when he was done his time, and then comes onto the channel (twice now) to talk about his experience. It don't get much better than that
Congrats on giving up alcohol, man!!! I never was a benge drinker, but I had a bad habit of downing a couple of tall boys after work everyday. I'm a little over a month no beer and I feel so much more alive. I made the decision to stop when I saw my brother completely sloshed drunk. It was like speaking to a zombie. I'll never forget the deathly look in his eyes.
This dude is my type of dude, just go ham on the workout daily and just make sure that not everything you eat is fast food. Fuck the gym and all their macros and shit this is where it's at.
Its funny. No weights BUT the guest got quicker, more flexible, greater endurance, stronger, and faster. It’s a genome routine. Testosterone elevates in that environment because primal fight or flight mechanisms becomes enhanced. So b4 you workout IMAGINE yourself in a life or death situation. GET PSYCH’d so the Central Nervous System prepares your body for any “threats”!
Last week on Sunday June 17th, 2018 I was 285lbs thats same day I started doing burpees 10sets of 10 did it for a week. And I only ate one big meal a day with lots of water through out the day. As of yesterday Sunday June 24th, 2018 I weighed in at 272lbs. Now I'm adding one burpee per set. And keep adding a burpees per set every week. Let's see when I can start hitting pull ups
Cool, this motivates me. I’m going to start as well. When I went to boot camp 17 years ago we use to do a lot of 8 count body builders. That works too. I’ll start both. Good luck

I actually go to a boxing gym but I work there as the porter so I can use the gym for free and get my paycheck at the same time. I'm already in fighting shape I use this for anxiety and mental health . One love and respect 🌃💪🏽🥊
When I went in the usual calories count for everyone is 1,800-2000 NO MORE .which is why out here it's hard ppl to drop weight since just a can of soda is like 250 calories. While inside u dnt have these small luxuries which is why u see guys with slim waists and built up top

I couldn't pick myself up....I gained weight again then started doin weights I'm bulky now but I looked better when I was doing bars. So I’m looking to get a good workout routine, but I HATE THE GYM!!!! HATE IT! What advice would you give a WOMAN who wants to do this? How would I get started?
Moral of the story: just start calisthenics everyday. When you wake up, when you get home from work, before bed. Do as much as you can do.
I quit smoking because calisthenics was more fun. Bad lungs just get in the way of being active, running around and enjoying life.
