I have Avengers 57 and the first appearances of Apocalypse (which I got for 40p, about 60 cents, at a car boot sale). Avengers 57 took a tonne of saving on just a paper round, but totally worth it. Vision is my favourite character, and I wanted to buy before he appeared in a movie. Good call it seems.
Nice finds! Yeah, I agree Avengers 57 is a great book. This Vision is a really interesting character and hopefully will play a bigger role in upcoming movies. I think the book has room to go up in value, glad you got one!

I used to have a comic book with a Clayface/Sandman mud monster type of guy in it and a bad guy who wore a trench coat and had a screwdriver. Can't remember the name of it and now it's impossible to find any information about it.
It came in a collection of Omni's and TPB's that I purchased. It collects AVX #0-12, AVX: Vs #1-6, AVX Infinite: #1, #6 & #10, and material from Point One #1. You can get one for around $50 online.

Now I'm too poor to buy them. you paid $550 for just 1 comic? I don't even have that much in my savings. Comic books is now a rich mans hobby. Back in the 70s and 80s I used to buy bags of them at flea markets for a few dollars. When I was a kid I bought them new off the newsstand for .15 and .20 each.

Talk about picking up some amazing books! I'm in love with the Magneto cover as well as the Thor one! It's nice to see a mix of dc/marvel especially with batman and the flash and of course those iron man covers. New sub!! :)
