Hey Brian, thanks for the view and comment! Yah it looks pretty great all slabbed up. There's a few more of em, like journey into mystery and asm etc but yah Af15 is def the coolest of the bunch!
Great display piece of a classic, Kingsley! Hey, I don't have a 9.8 anything, much less 9.9! Haha! Very cool - you always get something interesting! Cheers!
Hey Nowherebound, hah thanks as always for the support! Yah I thought it'd be cool to own a 9.9, even tho, kinda a scam since its not a book. But ah well. I got your new vid queued up on my watch later! Can't wait to see it as well! Hope summer has been good for you!!
I used to be a big fan of SS, but staging to lean more and more towards the blue side! I guess it's art, so want it in the most original format! What's your biggest grail you're seeking.
Hey 3 good nerds! Thanks for the view, comment and sub! I appreciate you! And shutout to @brian LCS as well! Yeah I like the back pattern, would make an awesome wrapping paper or bed sheets! Hah Whats the grail you guys are chasing?
It's a sheet of silver. They should have given it a 10.0 rating. CGC can really go overboard on grading sometimes. It's a nice collectable though. I like signed books but prefer the blue label slabs. People like facsimiles most likely to have an exact copy of an unattainable book. For example I have the original Detective Comics #359, the first appearance of Barbara Gordon as Batgirl but when the facsimile came out I purchased it just to have a reading copy. I know of people who slab facsimiles and some have commanded crazy prices. I would never buy a slabbed facsimile but to each his own. Facsimiles were an interesting thing at first but now they come out every few years and are not special anymore.
Agreed agreed. Facsimiles shld be for jus reading, I've yet to slab any facsimiles, this one was eh, kinda unique so I got it. And I agree, makes no sense that it's a 9.8 piece of silver. What a joke by cgc eh. Harsh money grab
Congrats would love a signed copy and I don’t see that hype of facsimile now. Before iPhones, yes for the ones who never seen the inside of some older books
It's a cool art piece! I would like to hang it on the wall more so than an actual AF15 due to possible damage to light for the comic. Pretty cool! I didn't even know these existed.
Hey Skye cap! Thx for the view Sub and comment! Yah so true. This is a good wall piece as I'm totally with you on that one. I'd hate to then a white pages into a cream tan via UV! I do wonder if silver will tarnish over time, this msut be coated though! There's some More of these on ebay! Prices have come down too.
I have seen this before. Very cool, and great looking in the slab!

Cool pickup! I would take a blue label slab over a signed in most cases.

New sub by way of Brian LCS - I think that is really really neat!!! Love the back too!

Whats the grail you guys are chasing?
@@kingsleychan My personal grail is Hulk 181 - had one a few years ago, but let it go. Would really like to replace it.
I think the CGC label is also made of silver foil
Whoa really?? I gotta take a closer look at that!
nice pickup, brother. good job.
Thank you thank you! Won't be able to get the real AF15, so this one will suffice hah
Nice book
Thanks for x-man! You more an xmen fan or Spidey fan?
Current market value is at $25 in scrap, but it's a piece of art
Yah agreed. One day I'd love to get a REAL af15! What's the grail you're hunting for?
Whats the weight in silver
Just 1Oz, so worth $20 haha
The 9.9 gold version AF15 available at $7000 is just crazy money.
Yeah that's nutty for sure. At that stage I rather go buy an Oz of gold or spend it on an actual af15!
Also web of spiderman comics.. let me know wat issues anyone is looking for

Yeh that's true, facsimiles are kinda meh, I rather just have the nft to read it.
So what grade is your blue af15?
