I have a link in the description. Also, if you have any farm and ranch type stores near you, that is a good place to look. They are food grade barrels, so maybe look for food distributors. Mine was made in Greece, and was probably used for olives or olive oil.
LOL Such a cool video with a little bit of everything in it. Finally got the channel going! Thats great, what you been waiting for? lol The end sequence was funny man!
Holy crap dude! This is better produced than 95% of youtube content! It’s awesome! Keep it up and I can’t wait to see what comes next! Awesome first tutorial!
@@TheOuterRim_ You are most welcome. Also maybe make some of those banners of yours. We are with a local 501st Legion garrison. We like making Star Wars props.
Exactly what I was looking for. Thanks for sharing this content. Will E6000 really keeps the wood part attached to the Polyethylen or PVC matereial the barrel is made of?
The E6000 has worked pretty well. It held up for 5 years with the barrel out in the weather all year. A wind storm blew the barrel over this Winter and the greeblie popped off. I will probably glue it with E6000 again.
This is great Jamie!! So glad to see this channel fire up. Love the project!
Thanks Brian! That means a lot coming from you. I just love building Star Wars stuff. I hope you saw the out takes at the end. He he he.
Great job!
Thank you Derek! Your channel has been a huge source of inspiration for me. I watched your Epic Haunts interview. It was nice to see your haunt.
It looks great.
Currently on the interweb searching for barrels!

Thanks Mitch! I hope you can make it by sometime in October.
LOL, just saw your outtakes my friend, 🤣🤣🤣
I had to pay homage to you, because you set the standard for Star Wars builder channels.
illuminated square button was exactly what I was needed for a project, thx.
Glad it helped you. Looks very “in universe”
Ahhh good ol E6000.
I wish these barrels weren't so expensive. I would love to make a few of these
I’ve been able to find used ones at reasonable prices at Farm and Ranch type stores.

Did you have to prep the barrels in any way before painting? Like sanding or painting with a primer for plastics?
@@nicdennis I usually sand plastic with 220-400 grit sand paper before painting to help the paint adhere.
