Literally no videos of g37 being built on RUclips. This is good shit
I’m a resent subscriber and I have to say, after seeing this I’m very impressed. Really looking forward to following this. Those manifolds are a work of art.
Thanks Rick, Appreciate the Comment. Cheers.
i'd be very interested in a whole parts list if possible!
Same here

Amazing work on those flanges, TAS! Looking forward to the upcoming episodes.
Cheers Ahmed.

WHAT'S YOUR SUGGESTION ON MANUAL SWAP ? GREAT
BUILD !
they are 44mil and they are pronounced tie-L
Followed you on the mini lathe rebuild, was impressed, going along for the ride on this one.
Cheers Allen, Good Onya Mate.
Hey Trev
What injectors did you end up using.i went with dw 750s and with the adapter they don't fit unless you turn them sideways and don't use the retaining clip,
Hi Michael, I used Bosch EV14, which were supposed to fit also. They were a bit short in the body & I ended up machining some spacers to make them fit 100%. Don't you love how bolt in stuff never bolts in. Cheers Mate.
@@TheAussieShed omg right lol..I bought the dw 750s from z1 specifically because they were "drop in upgrades" lol uhg...
I have never seen a rear wheel steer g37/370gt
My vq35hr has 1 it's a 2007 sports manual
You are quite the artist ! Very nice, I have subscribed and can't wait to watch the next video
Thanks Cameron, Cheers.
Impressive job on the manifold flange mate at first I thought you were taking the piss!
Thanks Greg, Cheers.
G'day, I just found this series on the twin turbo build. Did you ever get around to copying the manifolds for purchase??? How's the car going now (2022), reliability wise, any issues with the build?
G'day Mate, no, I haven't had the Manifolds off since the build. Which is I guess a good thing. So far no cracks have appeared, or leaks of any kind. No Major issues at all, couple of tiny little things as would be expected on a build like this. Biggest issue happened almost straight away, with the Billet flywheel, due to a manufacturing issue, there is a video on that at the end of the series. Other than that, I had a vacuum hose split that was nicked by the tuner when teeing in boost reference for the dyno. That happened about 2 weeks after the initial dyno. That caused it to overboost, but i picked it up as soon as it happened, so all good, & recently the factory connector on the fuel pump hat started to give out. Even though I had re-wired it all with heavy gauge wire it was still using the factory contacts. That was an easy fix, I just switched over to aftermarket bulkhead electrical connectors on the factory Hat, & all good. Its been super reliable, I've put around 15,000k's on it with no issues, other than what i mentioned above & I am not gentle on it (at all). Bigggest issue has been Covid Mate, not being able to get out in it enough. Still on 98 & putting down 500 @ 9.5psi. Not sure if you've seen any of my Z32 Build, but when thats finished (probably another 12 months) I'll probably take it off the road for a couple of months, Check everything out & if its all good i'll up the boost & maybe switch to E85. Cheers Mate.
Hey mate really enjoying the series. Did you consider removing the 4was at all?
G'day Adam, the 4was & I have a love hate relationship. I dont think the computers would play nicely unfortunately if I removed it. Fortunately I don't track the car, so its ok, actually pretty good on the street most of the time. If I do start tracking it seriously though I would look further into it.
@@TheAussieShed yeah fair enough. Everything I've read basically says its either the best or the worst system 😂 the work around that I've read is swapping out the rear subframe with a v35/350z. No idea how to keep the ECU happy though. Thanks for the videos mate.
You are a bloody wizard. Crazy skills mate
Cheers Ryan, thanks Mate.
@@TheAussieShed swung your Facebook page a message to have a yarn
I need advise how to build my own turbo kit like yours . Like seriously help help need more power
Cool stuff man.
Thanks Greg, Cheers Mate.
i like ya vids
Thanks Shadow, i think i've seen you on the US forums. Cheers.
some gourmet shit right here
Top notch!
Thanks Mate, Cheers.
So is your car ALL WHEEL STEERING , and ALL WHEEL DRIVE ?
..... the reason i asked is because i'm in the U.S and the capabilities we have on our cars is different ,
that car in the video in the states its an "INFINITI G37" ..
G'day Mate, its All Wheel Steer & not All wheel drive. Yes there are quite a few differences between the JDM Spec 370gt & the US Spec G37. Cheers Mate.
How much would you charge to build me a exhaust manifold
Sorry Mate, no time, to many projects. Cheers.
What the hell is a g37GT?
