- It's been a long time !
I always wanted to do a drawing on a wall, especially for One Piece ! I've decided to draw the Marineford Arc because it's my favourite 😁 And I'm really happy with the result !
This project took me 3 months, the inking part 45 hours.

Allow me to respectfully disagree. Had we known his past/struggles as the captain of the Spade Pirates and had more of him on his day-to-day life then yes, the audience could get attached to him (that post-death flashback didn't do it for me). The way he was handled, we knew nothing about the guy other than he was hunting BlackBeard and his power looked cool. In my opinion he was nothing more than a plot device to give Luffy a reason to hate BlackBeard and to build him to be the final villain of the series. I'm not hating on people who love Ace, I get why he's liked. I just wanted to give another point of view since I love discussing One Piece :) Cheers!
@@Fanatico9022 there is a light novel about ace and his pas wait the spade pirates and all the great adventure he had + there is a story about him in the covers of the manga
@@n124ajdx I was aware of the cover story and that did come before his death and helped in regards to my complaint, however I did not know about the light novel volumes that were lauched just this year, so thank you for letting me know. I will for sure read them, but I can't shake the feeling that they were done after the fact because of Ace's continued popularity even after all these years. As if Oda never intended for us to know more than what we did at the time, in 2010 when Ace died in the manga, us knowing only what the series showed and the cover story. My stance is, with the information we had at the time when he died, in my opinion most of the hype was justified only by the fact that fire users in anime look cool. In that sense, I didn't feel for Ace when it happened, but felt for Luffy and his burden much more, which is what I think the author was going for since this is Luffy's story after all :)

As for ace i think he is just not your type of character because for me and a lot of people his death is the saddest death in all anime .
And actually i don't care about how much of screen time the character gets .
Corazon , senior ... All gets 1 or 2 episodes of back story but they have a place on my heart because Oda knows how to keep them unforgettable for me on the other hand i don't like some character like sabo and i will never like them😂 .
I just want you to understand that it's just a matter of preference and taste .
