We wouldn't get much of a fight though, now would we? The only way I can see Enel standing even the _smallest_ chance against Luffy is if he somehow coats his lightning in both armament and conqueror's (even tho he doesn't have that) haki and has mastered his fighting style. Other than that, Enel wouldn't last a second
