And in fact, I've known Noble since I was 8 and this car had just launched and I am hella surprised to see this here, as the M12 GTO 3R itself is an extremely rare car - less than 250 made their way to the US. This is gonna be one mother of a build but I hope it's successful because I love these cars and hope to see this one back to its former glory.
I’m proud that I knew this car. Also, that car has the same engine as my first car (Ford Taurus) and also my current DD (2006 Mazda 6 GTS) The engine was very advanced for its time with VVT and heads made by yamaha, when it came out 240 HP from a 3L V6 was very good. The only supposed flaw the engine has is the rocker arm bolts coming loose, so you have to re-torque them.
I'm assuming that while you were in Leicester on your recent visit to Mat Armstrong's workshop, you also popped down the road to see Mr Lee Noble himself to get all the parts for this build! Being from Leicester myself, I'm really looking forward to this build! Absolutely love these cars!!!

When their powers combine, you get CAPTAIN RUclips!!!
I've seen one of these in person. There's a guy in my area that owns a farmer's market and I saw him at the air field with it on the way back from college. He gave me a proper talk over about it and let me sit in it. Freaking awesome day, I love these cars. Hope you can bring this one back to life!
My mum and step dad used to have an M12 GTO3R. It was awesome. 3 litre twin turbo ford V6.
Lots of project cars bought but we rarely see any of them actually get worked on. When will we see the fire Ferrari or any other car actually get finished? I'm still holding out hope that we will see these projects become reality
so what happened ??
Love how Tavares doesn't realize the smell is the cancer, and he repeatedly keeps smelling it on purpose.
Some people like the smell of cancer. Don’t be judgemental. Haha.
After driving tow trucks for Police impound for ten years, I can assure you. I started to smell that car the second you unwrapped it, Once you smelt what a burned car smells like, just seeing one triggers the brain into smelling it.
I can't wait for the next episodes of this project series. Also, I didn't expect to see a left-hand Noble supercar
I know a few people with them here in SA, a pair are races properly and one is a fast street car. @Tavarish you might even be able to find spares here in SA because the bodies were manufactured here in Port Elizabeth. This is one I'm definitely following. If you need any contacts this side, drop me a line.
I'm so excited to see what you will do with this! I did have to do a rebuild on my engine and I have spare parts if you need anything. It is for sure a supercar like no other and you'll be blown away when you feel those G's in the corners!!!
Tav: Can you plastic weld this jack?
Jack: you can plastic weld anything
Tav: what about this?
Jack: no
Been watching YOU for years . One of my favorites out there. Always quality material.
Great to see a Noble on here. This car was built just 2 miles from my house, and another awesome supercar factory that's local, well just 1 mile away from me, is Ultima Sports. :)
I've heard of Noble, built in Leicestershire 👍
Got to love the 3.0 Duratec that was used in the damn Taurus, Escape, and Mazda MPV Van.
Wowowow. Nobles are amazing. Definitely something I'd love to drive.
Noble is definitely top of my niche car brands list. I was lucky enough to see a m400 in person. Super cool up close
Same engine in US you can find in a Jaguar X-type (transverse, 4x4 ) or Lincoln LS / Jaguar S-type longitudinally for rear wheel drive applications
As I think to myself with almost every video with a title like this, that is a supercar that I HAVE heard of!
It looks like the structure is mostly box tube. It should be easier to replace than formed sheetmetal members.
13:24 Freddy is so excited about this build that he is busting out of his suit :D
I’m proud that I knew this car. Also, that car has the same engine as my first car (Ford Taurus) and also my current DD (2006 Mazda 6 GTS)
The engine was very advanced for its time with VVT and heads made by yamaha, when it came out 240 HP from a 3L V6 was very good.
The only supposed flaw the engine has is the rocker arm bolts coming loose, so you have to re-torque them.
God bless Tavarish, man I would look to have the optimism and patience that this man has to see the finished product and not a burnt money pit.
Scarcity of parts makes me worry about this build. GL Tav
Great and rare car, it’s a handling GOD! Not many people have heard of Noble in the UK let alone US. Get it build!
I'm assuming that while you were in Leicester on your recent visit to Mat Armstrong's workshop, you also popped down the road to see Mr Lee Noble himself to get all the parts for this build! Being from Leicester myself, I'm really looking forward to this build! Absolutely love these cars!!!
I’ve seen a Noble M12 GTO-3R (in gray) a few times at a car show I used to go to all the time in the Seattle area. They look really good in person. I wish there were more.
We need a game called Tavarish rebuild , a free roam game where you can do races , collect junk and rebuild them, missons etc 😍 , even introduce car trek in that lol
