    Great info here for real! I literally did these along with other exercises in a hiit circuit style workout, and lost 73 lbs in 5 months. so this guy definitely knows his stuff! Thanks for sharing my man!

      @@Farshabeeb all I did was basically cut all the processed foods, cakes, cookies, soda, pastas, cereal, rice, noodles, and things like that out of my daily intake. I replaced it with lean meat and green veggies. Chicken, tuna, Cod, whitening, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, spinach, brussel sprouts, green beans, sweet peas, just to name a few. Along with intermittent fasting for lease 16 hours, but sometimes it would be up to 20. And I will eat no more than two meals a day, without snacking at all throughout the day, along with drinking at least a gallon of water every single day. I worked out at least 5 times a week with high intensity for 30 to 45 minutes. And this is literally what I did, oh yeah and I had apple cider vinegar every single morning.

    I'm fine with oatmeal and chia seeds. I like to add chia seeds to my oats during most mornings, and it's one of my favorite things to eat for breakfast. I'm not too familiar with Lentils though? But I'm curious to try to incorporate them into more of the things I eat.

    I love boiled spinach, black coffee, chili powder in my rice, lentil soup, Irish oatmeal with apples and cinnamon, ginger tea, natural yogurt with strawberries or peaches, avocados in my healthy chicken burrito, salmon, and boiled eggs.

    *Green leafy vegetables especially has to be incorporated more into the diet.*

    When ur watching a movie and ur trying to eat the best popcorn and u don’t want soggy popcorn
    Use a straw it will distribute the butter evenly
    Btw this isn’t a hack to lose weight

    A shot of pure lemon juice and olive oil works every time.. RECIPE: 2 parts(2oz) organic lemon and 1 part (1oz) unfiltered cold pressed olive oil. This is also spectacular for the kidneys and liver.

    I haven't walked in 13 years wheelchair (manual) I eat a boiled egg every morning and only weigh 167 lbs eggs I thank for making me fill full! just so ya know the whole eggs do work

    I remember last week there was an incident with one of my roommates at 2 in the morning. I couldn't sleep and I was too stressed to make a proper lunch so I grabbed a dark chocolate bar. I felt bad for it at first but after eating it that was all I needed until I got home for dinner

    I had gestational diabetes (diabetes while pregnant only or elevated glucose levels while pregnant) & I chose to use dark chocolate to help curb my sweet tooth. Eating 1-2 squares a day really worked for me.

    Meat without salt or sugar. Leaner fills faster

    How to boil an egg place the egg in a saucepan of water boil for ten minutes or less depending weather you like it soft or hard take egg up with a spoon to avoid burning hand top egg and start eating

    Well you actually forgot about the cucumber since it contains 97% of water and it's perfect for a breakfast or lunch also nettles is better to eat than spinach because it contains a little more iron than the spinach

    I find that the heavier breakfast I have, like oatmeal or eggs, makes me hungry again sooner than anything else.
    Yogurt... And what if it sounds, tastes, and smells like the Ranjeet thing on the planet? I'm certain that "just [adding] some fruit to it" will have no effect! 😂
