I absolutely love this video. Please do this for the other maps and then please go back and do this for the already existing maps. I know that for high skill players, how to play a map is "solved," but sooooo many players in the crucible have no idea how to support a teammate's position, how to identify a power position, how to effectively move across big open sightlines, etc. It's taken for granted that people know the basics and they don't. It's amazing to see such great content relating to general principles and specific scenarios.
So many people in real life suck ass in real life so they come here and say things like this. Late term self abortion
this is a very cool break from your usual weapon reviews. I'm not a huge PvP player (now and then, mostly when a friend asks and/or a really good Trials wep), but I'm happy for the existing PvP player base. Y'all haven't been fed for YEARS and now y'all are eatin'

Extremely pleasant surprise to see new maps when I played yesterday. Very first match was on Dissonance and my jaw dropped. It was soooo nice.
I found going in blind to all three I struggled on this one the most. I’ll have to learn these tips
I’ve played this map the least so far. Got stomped or was stomped. So far, my experience is pretty mixed.
The spawns are fucked
This map felt really good. Well balanced elevation and sight line. Good use of color. The best one off the pack imo.

This map definitely gives me Call of Duty vibes, in a good way. And I agree with the statement that it looks like an actual place rather than some alien fever dream. Plenty of cover, but not cluttered.

Love the map, I've wanted a deep stone crypt style map since the raid came out, this is so similar with all the clean white walls and vents. Would still love a clovis bray one though lol

It’s gonna take a while for me to get good on this map. I was playing yesterday and i was so bad 😂 was getting killed from so many different angles. Every time I thought i had a good spot I was still in someone’s sight line.

I usually don't like 3 v 3 . But I played it today and it was pretty enjoyable. The new maps will take time to learn but I think it will be worth it.

People love this map now. In 1 month, you will realize that the D2 radar needs an overhaul.
This place reminds me of sword base for some reason.
I’m thankful for some new maps, but I wish they were better for 6v6 playlists. Time will tell.

Alot of blue Berries with double primaries, and people quiting matches. I'm assuming to complete the quest bungie gave, most will probably stop playing pvp once they complete the quest unfortunately.

The only map I genuinely dislike is Eventide Labs. This map feels like an Overwatch map, and since I used to play that a lot I'm pretty comfortable here. Dissonance feels like The Crossroads from D1 without the big split in the map, and I enjoy that. Eventide feels waaaaaay too cluttered and confusing. Way too many hallways and tunnels for my liking, and the color palette is too white for my eyes.
We didn't even have enough time to see what kind of bourbon the restaurant has, SMH

I hate this map in comparison to the other two. I feel like it was designed by a MW2 dev. I think people will be pissed when they realize how easy it is spawn trap
Only played a few matches on this map so far but geez does it feel like garbage to me. I felt no inventive to fight anywhere but mid. And that area has only the two VERY THIN lanes. Chasing into spawn rooms is death bc of all the corners and shotties
Plaza is probably the easiest to understand from a visual perspective.
I actually like this one the least, in my opinion Dissonance plays the best

Map is way too big for 3v3 or 6v6, also, cbmm in a new 3v3 mode was a terrible idea
Why are you or anyone talking about the stupid un necessary special ammo changes & stupid crates / losing special on death?? Haven’t touched comp since the change like many others, they should just revert the change to 2 shots per life like we USED TO HAVE. Fans don’t want these new lame nerfs.
Not true majority of people don't want people having the ability to just use special every round in comp/trials
