Thank you so much for this. I was doing an annual re-interview, re-dedication with my main deck and ALL the cards came up reversed. (I make a statement that I will not read reversals unless they are predominant. 😅 So - ALL reverses.) I also considered sweeping them up and re shuffling, but you’re right, I didn’t think that was truthful, and I just realized the message was going be “difficult”... and it was, a lot about my ... blockages. Interestingly, the “going forward” cards were cards that are positive when reversed. I added two cards to clarify the final statement and they were upright and positive. It was a “tough love” reading from my main deck. Very interesting.
I've also found that when I read someone, at times they tend to ask the same question in their head over and over, even though I tell them not to. When I read people, I read them cold and have them ask all questions silently in their head. Hilariously, the same cards pop up over and over no matter how many times they're shuffled and eventually, it seems like the cards get annoyed with them. The same cards appear but after a while they appear upside down. That's when I finally tell them "Ok the cards are irritated because they've been telling you a truth that you wont' accept".
Second Line Parade i JUST did a tarot card reading asking the same question but in different ways? the spread was The Celtic cross so ten cards all in reverse lol thats never happened to me all the years ive been reading. It sounds right to me that the cards are just sick of me asking lol. However, the cards still answered me. i just turned them around. after reading your comment I promise myself that ill no longer ask the question of them. thank you.

I read my husbands last night and his were all reversed. But I felt by the smug way he was asking and ether look he had on his face, he was trying to block everything from ME for fear of me figuring something out? Idk.
For me, it's also a lot more about internal stuff than external stuff if there's a majority of reversed cards.But most of the time I let the individual cards speak louder than the whole
And I love this statement of the reversed cards. I've noticed that most of them do require internal work. Putting it into this perspective can cause people to do some shadow work. I absolutely love where you're coming from.

I bought your guide to the meaning of Tarot, along with the workbook, in October last year and have really been enjoying reading the cards - I generally do the celtic cross spread so there are quite a lot of cards but I have never had them _all_ reversed. I never even thought about that...... so it is interesting to look at some of your videos here.....
I've just jumped back into the Tarot. I had all reversed cards in a life path spread. I have been an extreme introvert for the past few years and I'm sure I have some slowed progress due to focusing so much internally. My sagittarius moon and rising kinda cement this. I just have to work on coming out of my shell more.
I did a three card relationship dynamic one, and two of the three cards were reversed. One was me, the second was the dynamic, and the third was my boyfriend. I wasn't really understanding the reversed meaning, but like you said with reversed cards being internal, actually helped me a lot. Now my question is, if the dynamic card was reversed, and so was my partners, does this mean that the dynamic meaning is for both of us, and for my boyfriends reversed, does that mean that there is internal work that needs to be done for him?
It drives me nuts when people ignore the reversed meanings. You are cutting your advices in half. Not all reversed meanings are "negative", and I ALWAYS take reversals into consideration even with upright cards. Sometimes you simply find interesting things to consider that way, things that could be a "heads up" on a situation, or similar. I've been reading cards almost 30 yrs and I find it bizarre, close minded, and a tad ignorant when a reader refuses to look at all the possibilities of reversals. Instead of viewing it as "doom and gloom", think of it this way: life is full of ups and downs, its never 100% positive, life has this balance and so do the cards......use the reversals to your advantage! Sometimes they can really help one navigate and make better choices if you know some of the pitfalls in the situation you're asking the cards about.
That's true not all cards reversed are 'bad'. Choosing to or not to read reversals is a personal choice for each reader. Even when I don't purposely reverse my cards they will still come out reversed. I'm able to pick up on the energy of how the card is expressed in either direction.
