One thing I've found helpful is to find a deck I like, not use the straight Rider Waite because its the one I think I'm "supposed to" use to learn. These days I move between the Everyday Witch, Tarot of the Witch's Garden, and Modern Witch decks.
I just got my deck a few days ago My first deck. I've been having Chat GPT read the readings for now. It's slowly teaching me but I'm looking for other sources of knowledge.
How do you feel about decks that show what the cards mean. Is that a good guide just like if you read about the card in a book? Or does it skew your interpretation?
It can be a good way to learn and to have a visual reminder of what the cards mean. It's like having a Tarot card meanings reference guide with you while you read. So long as you also listen to your intuition and trust what you feel and see in the cards, you're on the right track!
Maybe it should simply say that she is a business woman. And she isn’t devoting her life to teaching you this stuff for free. Let’s help her make a living! She is worth it
Well explained however the constant grinning put me off as it felt unnatural. It’s sad that society expects women to smile constantly even when they are doing serious work. .
