I honestly don’t need Keenan to say a word and I am already laughing. And it’s not always the same look that makes me grin … his physicality is tailored to the scene and he is always brilliant. He is the embodiment of that ‘Girl’ sketch they did a few weeks ago … Ego, only needing one word to answer every question …
It’s just such a gift. And he only gets better each year.

I read an interview that said if a SNL sketch is not getting many laughs sometimes the director will just have a camera shot go to Kenan and he can get the audience to laugh. They try not to rely on that too often and hope that a weak sketch will get better.
When he played Steve Harvey on "Who wants to be a Millionaire skit" was insanely funny! That was early on like 2009 I think. He's been on there for awhile now.

Very glad to see a sketch that has some comic moments but is more day-in-a-life and allows more time for the responses. Good acting in this. Michael Longfellow played this just right, no mugging or trying too hard. I hope we get more of these types of sketches.
