I literally just made a build like this with Cyrothesia for my warlock. I ran it through some low level Nightfalls, legends lost sectors and seasonal activities. It slaps pretty good in end game. Great support.

Almost 10% as effective as the bleakwatcher build was before the new (worse) mod system shoved it into a locker

Wish ender is a pretty good primary for this kind of Playstyle, lining up 2/3 frozen enemies then shooting will wipe the entire group out very easily, and it just has very good and consistent damage in general for higher end content.
Stasis is so fun and just cool looking but yeah even watching this background gameplay it’s crazy noticing how much harder you have to work to maintain that crowd controll compared to how easy it is to do it with strand. Like that barrier champ.. one shackle grenade then burn him down and move in compared to how much work it took there with stasis.
i still have many stasis builds, but i can say that the witness was successful in converting me to the darkness with strand except void, that one is cool too
The only attempt from the witness to bring us to his side with power was stasis. We discovered strand on our own and it doesn't have the same "corrupting" predisposition as stasis.
Honestly right now the biggest issue stasis has is that you can do 50% of what it’s capable of just by bringing a chill clip fusion in your primary slot… while on strand
Holly I’ve never had so much fun in end game master content. My friend and I been farming weekly missions for alloys and he is on bonk hammer titan and osio warlock synergies so well. And in the event he loses his hammer he just has to pick of stasis shards
If ionic Traces grants stacks of Armor Charge, Titan with Pulse granades would be crazy if damaging targets grant Ionic Traces and ionic traces grants Armor charges and armor charges will be used with granade kickstart to get granade back even faster
Would you consider doing a build with felwinter's helm? I get that its a bit unorthodox and that for a long while it was a literal meme with how weak it is, but i think that new void fragments and the mod system can make it shine quite a bit, but you're more knowledgeable about the game than i am so i dont know the real viability
We really need a "stasis 2.0" update to all subclases, all harvest mods are basically useless if you aren't using a melee build or using elemental charges to have an "escalating chance" of gaining minimal profit from picking them up, we also need more supers and nades and even melees or class abilities
bleakwatchers are undeniably very strong but osmiomancies are worth so much more than just two bleak watchers. coldsnaps make broodweavers look cumbersome by comparison
Now it’s not an imagine build but I’ve been running it with a auto loading or envious assassin wave GL and the explosion from verglas’ crystals will proc the perk since crystals take the property of what creates them, if they come from your melee(howl of the storm) it will count as melee damage and will even proc swashbuckler so it definitely has potential it just takes some getting used to
You can Also use mods that recharge your rift with grenade damage and with a frost turret it damages enemy, frozen enemy's killed grants alot of rift energy. Using the rift grants grenade energy. With a artifact, your grenade turrets can send out seekers which (as long as the seeker was sent out by grenade freeze and not the melee freeze) can grant rift energy. Making this perfect build for that one defense encounter in pit of heresy
obviously for quick freezing it is but with bleakwatchers you can focus on a more aggressive stasis playstyle while your turrets do the freezing as well as help other teammates
We do not yet. HOWEVER. based on a patter I have noticed. I think the one that picks up orbs of power in a radius will be on the head and the elemental charge will be on the gauntlets as gauntlets hace no mod I belive that is a green one. And elemental charge feels like a green mod. I don't want this to be the case but it feels like what it will be.

This has been a godsend for the master lost sectors. Keeping those pesky champions constantly frozen makes them leagues easier to deal with

Confirmed limited bleak is good just toss when you are at 2 charges and stick with ice flare til you demo back to 2 charges

Tbh Ive always found just using coldsnaps far more effective than using bleak watchers.

obviously for quick freezing it is but with bleakwatchers you can focus on a more aggressive stasis playstyle while your turrets do the freezing as well as help other teammates
