I'm not sure, But due to the fact that it says "the point of no return, explore the rest of the arcade if you have not aleready" might be implying that there is a better ending. I would love to see a part 2 where you try to find everything (I think there are actually bears hidden around) and maybe even getting the "true" ending if you will

I love how this game doesn't rely on cheap jump scares, but on tension. Hey Ryan, if you wanted to play this for a second round there actually IS another ending, and you were actually onto something with those bears! I won't get too much into it if you wanna try to figure it out yourself, but I figured I'd at least tell you that much in case you wanted another crack at figuring it out ^^

If you want to get an Easter egg you need to get all of teddy bears, you will get an Easter egg. but if you want to get a true ending (broken cycle) ,you need to have a maximum scores (16000+). but ,he's got only 13000+ score .
The thing Ryan keeps failing to realize is that “Hemo” is the prefix for “blood”, so when Ryan sees “Blood Arcade” at 25:03, it should’ve been a dead giveaway. It may have something to do with the red-themed monster.
Not everybody knows that.

Horror game while it's raining, the perfect combination.
And it's a Saturday.
Love these PS2-esque graphics. The implementation of these makes the whole game have somewhat of a sense of nostalgia, like an unknown horror game made back in 2008.
And those glitchy/noise scan line bleeding effects sort of add on to it as well. Somehow it looks pleasing to look at..

At the end I was like "As if so many people drive to this place". Then I realized that they do because there are many cars standing there. So people think it's a busy resting place. But it's not. All the cars belong to previous victims, all gone. What a bone chilling game!
This is what I love about indie games, they experiment with great ideas that would never see the light of day in a AAA release.
Just an explanation for Ryan about the sheeted cabinets, They are the employees, the monster stuffed them in the Sheeted Cabinets William Aston style, that's what the picture behind the first bloodied cabinet that you see.
This has been more adventurous and all because of that glitch enemy that keeps coming out of nowhere, still manage to beat the all arcades but also got the Janitor trapped in it (poor janitor he was a clean guy), you have really outdone a game like ever Ryan because you're the man.
The thing I love about the glitch enemy in this game Is how it has that hp lovecraft look on it,and also the fact that it corrupts anything thats in its way.

commenting for the fifth time that ryan needs to play "enter the backrooms" which is a backrooms indie game i found on steam a while back and its very lore accurate with like 20+ levels to explore (they are randomly generated) but the dev is in highschool and he definitely needs the support, considering the game is only $5

The best time to watch 8 Bitryan is when you are eating
A game reaching out to to draw in and claim victims is an intriguing idea, and this was full of great tension. The parts where reality collided with the game were really well done. More meta type of horror like that would be great to see in the future.
I think when it got to the “blood arcade” part, all of the arcades had sheets over them. In the beginning, it talked about a person named Ryan talking about sheets over everyone. You could even see a diagram of a person inside the arcade machine.
Is it just me, or that JANITOR game in the game is like a world fusing with the real world? Like a vicious cycle stuck on repeat. Until it gets a new target to trapped inside.
There is two other endings one involving the bear and one where instead of clicking on the final game you have to shoot big coins hidden behind it

its kinda cool seeing the protagonist fail the ultimate goal every now and then. refreshin, and the whole concept of the entity going after both the player and the janitor sprite is more interesting when you consider the player becomes the janitor by the end

Too many horror games have otherworldy monsters as antagonists. Imo it's way scarier being hunted down by a human madman because its so much more plausible, and everything that happens in the game can happen in real life

I think the symbol is referencing that some one was stuffed into the arcade cabinet. They speak about how the cabinet was heavier then it looked and stuff.
i recommend playing "haunted ps1 game collection" or whatever its called. it has a big collection of ps1 style horror games each year and 1 extra game. and it has a really cool lobby aswell for the games

I don't know if the red drawings were the same the whole time but when you are being led around by the spirits or whatever, the red drawings of the arcades clearly show a person's torso spread across the arcade cabinet, maybe as if they are reaching out of the game or if a body is shoved into the cabinet itself, just a fun lil detail
2024 rewatch and actually some places do have the motorcycle games, even ones for cars and speedboat races. At Incredible Pizza on my birthday last year, me and my bff played head to head and I got 1rst place and she got 3rd, she called me a loser for it (in a playful way, no actual anger between us) 😂

To get the Good Ending... just walk behind the final JANITOR cabinet instead of interacting with it. You can shoot more targets to kill(?) the Source properly and return the arcade to normal.
Collecting all of the Teddy Bears will give you access to the dev room in the basement.
As someone who has been in an arcade recently, they do still have the motorcycle game!! :)

I think there's a better ending if you clean every mess in the game with the fire extinguisher. You would see more yellow blobs at the end that you can shoot. Makes sense... Its called Janitor after all.

Watching this right now and I just got to the 30 minute mark, everything I see the glitchy monster do makes me think it’s one of those, “the thing chasing you isn’t actually the bad guy” situations
It is the bad guy, I can say that much
I know it's random, but this game sometimes reminds me of FNaF Security Breach and FNaF Jr's.
Security Breach, because whenever the monster gets near you, your screen starts to glitch, like when Vanny gets near Gregory.
And Jr's, because of how the monster can attack your character in the arcade machines, like how the ghost in Jr's can break the cameras and how Paulbear speaks to you from The Barrens whilst your doing the investigating!
