tbh this game series was my childhood. i just wish more people talked about it
So Synetic closed their doors because they couldn't find publishers, but an absolute garbage studio like Team6 can somehow still get publishers to fund them even after all of their horrendous games they produced. So sad...

Miss Synetic. Breakneck, World Racing and Kobra 11 games were awesome. And so if i understand correctly they were to big to be small and to small to be big. Hope they try again time after time.

Crashday is my favourite niche racing game to play! The dev still actively updates the game on Steam and sometimes there are even multiplayer servers up

@@LevGamedev you can't. You can try find some poeple that miss crash time 6 too and they will in team make new crash time in unity3d, unreal engine or something
Among budget game makers, I think SCS Software were the best off.
Definitely. They managed to find their niche, and using Stream and having deep discounts really helped. And also their games are extremely high quality for a budget team, while with Synetic you could tell they were working with budget restrictions, especially with voice acting
@@missingpixel To be fair, it's a truck simulator. And it barely even meets the requrements of a simulator. It's not that deep of a game. The Cobra 11/Crash Time series is a much more complex game to make, dynamic physics for numerous vehicles, explosions, destructible enviroments, a fully voiced story, multiplayer,... The English acting isn't the best, but then again, what'd you expect, it's a game based off a German TV series made by a German team where the original voice cast is German.
@@TheSultan1470MimicFanNum1 I find it hilarious that the tutorial guy does a much better performance than the actual characters. Thankfully you can change to German voice acting without changing the UI language by swapping the German and English dialog folders (tho the German voice acting isn't super amazing either).
I'm still wondering if Team 6 games are able to continue the Crash Time series. Their new game engine seems suitable tho.
You mean the team that Made any shovelware racing games ? Heck nah
They ever ruining Flatout and Monster Jam in the past also scaming the Super Street brand into shovel racing game and ruin Road Rash (Road Rage)
Please don't ruin the legacy of Crash Time let the another capable developer that handle it or just let this series be a history
Nope please dont. Its better that the series died in peace rather than developed and revived into a mangled ugly living corpse by incompetent developer.
R.I.P Synetic, also the World Racing 2-Champions Edition, the thing that shows on Steam is called as "released", but it isn't

I wish that crash time series would just get popular just a tad bit, i don't want it to completely just stop having players
did a little research and i founded out that Vitrios GmbH is the successor of Synetic,although they don't produce video games anymore
