Resident Evil 4 just seems to never run dry of RUclips video ideas! In today's Resident Evil gaming challenge, I try to beat RE4 WITHOUT picking up any ammo, WITHOUT using Leon's knife, and WITHOUT using any grenades. Basically this means I can only use the merchant's ammo by upgrading my clip capacity. In this RE4 gameplay I try my hardest to make Leon save Ashley with just the tools he's got. By the way this was Resident Evil 4 remastered on PS4.

Text version of Can You Beat Resident Evil 4 WITHOUT Picking Up Ammo? -
I know why you’re all here, you want to know if I can beat Resident Evil 4 without picking up ammo. Now some of the lil smarties in the audience will be saying OF COURSE YOU CAN BEAT IT WITHOUT AMMO YOU TART. You can use the knife, you can use grenades, you can even use eggs! Oh that’s cute. You think I’d do that? NO! In fact, let’s name the rules right here, right now!
Rule 1: I am not, under any circumstances, allowed to pick up and keep ammo on the ground, not even to sell it. Now of course sometimes I accidentally did pick it up when it got in my way or when it was just a downright accident, but when that happened I would immediately go into my inventory and delete it. Rule 2: I’m not allowed to use my knife on enemies EVER. I’m allowed to use it to open barrels and boxes but that’s it. Rule 3: No grenades can be used on enemies. I am allowed to pick them up and sell them though. I just chose not to sell ammo because I didn’t want to confuse you guys or myself during the run.
I know what you’re thinking, “if you can’t pick up ammo, use the knife, or use grenades, how on Earth are you going to get through this?” And that can be answered with two simple words. THE HUNK. No, not that hunk, THAT hunk. And you see, like the mighty Khajiit of Skyrim, he has wares if you have coin. In a nutshell if I have 0 bullets, upgrade my clip capacity at the merchant and look at my gun, it is now full of ammo, all without me picking up ammo or reloading. So the merchant is the life line of this challenge and therefore has leverage over me the whole time. Let’s just say, I can still get ammo if I run out of money, but I’ll have to perform a few favours…

When given the options for two difficulties, I chose the hardest one because how would I lead an empire of madlads if I myself was not a madlad? The backstreet boys dropped me off at my homeboy’s crib and I gently knocked on the window to see if anyone was home. Hello? I busted into the seemingly empty house, roundhouse kicked the owner of the home the moment I saw him, and shot him in the anxious until he left this earthly realm. I saw my first piece of ammo and was tempted to pick it up, but ultimately stopped myself and backed away from that unholy place. Now I did have some handgun bullets in my inventory but I didn’t pick them up, so even though I deleted them later, technically I didn’t need to. I made it to the village and ran in circles for 4 minutes while also praying to Jesus, essentially what the church calls “praying on the go” “Run away but also pray” “bible in hand, homie you bland”, basic stuff like that.

And then Dante makes it 100000 times more funny by making Leon do it every single time something happens. Apparently I’m not the only one who think that Leon doing that little step thing is funny as hell.

Funnily enough, that seems to be Leon's trademark, of all things. He gets choked all the time in RE 2 Remake and RE4 (I haven't played RE6 so can't say if he keeps up the trend)

dante can you beat RE4 reloading your gun at each shot? Here are the rules:
-You have to reload at the first shot of any weapon
-You Can't use the knife
-You can't use greneades (but it's ok picking them up to sell tho)
-No special weapons, only the regular weapons from the first playthrough

If you're talking about Leon going faster than Ashley and the jetski, it's caused by a glitch.
For short, the Striker has a faster aiming animation. So you equip the Striker, aim, and during the animation you open the inventory to equip another weapon and ta-da, Leon moves faster.

Yeah I know, they do that in the game as well. In documents and stuff they'll say "the el gigante" which is "the the gigante" if I'm not mistaken. I'm also slightly retarded

I have possibly the hardest challenge possible. You hold on half of the controller and have a friend hold the other half while only using pistols. No knife, grenades, kicking/punching. Btw magnums don’t count as pistols.

Yeah I know, I won't miss one triggered person. They've started to pop up recently since I've gained more traction and I have a feeling I'm going to get a lot more haters in the coming months. This channel is run the way I want it to, and if people get offended by it they don't need to watch my content. The only reason I'd ever stop making jokes like that is if RUclips started suggesting me less and make me suffer for it, but NEVER because a small group of people gets triggered by it. And the gay jokes I did make weren't even that bad either. People have to realize you can joke around and laugh at yourselves once in a while, don't take the world so seriously. Got you a bigger challenge; every time you see the merchant, you have to sell of all your weapons, get newer and different weapons from the merchant and you cannot purchase previously sold weapons. Basically you have to do a run where you don't keep the same weapons all the time and you have to use every weapon the merchant has available in the run, can you do it?
Not possible. There isn’t enough weapon variety to use a constantly new weapon every time.
@@lewisdavidson571 he doesn't have to use 3 or 4 weapons at a time, he can use 1 or 2 if needed to extend them

Krauser without a knife must be torture.
When RE4 came out, I didn't know about Krauser being weak to knives, until about 10 years later, so I always fought him with guns on every playthrough I did.
I mean, the guy has a massive arm blade, I didn't really expect a dinky-ass knife would do anything at that point.

Only downside is losing 30K and only getting 15K in return, which could be important for capacity upgrades

hehe nice one i remember the time i bought resident evil 4 for the first time it was on ps2 way back in 2005 i bought it myself knowing fully what i was getting my hands on sure i was 11 and should not be playing these kind of games but i still could i used to play resident evil 2 back in 1998 when it came out and almost all of them from 2 to 4 i even went back and played the first one iv been a fan of this series since 98 so more then 20 years and still am iv beaten resident evil 4 almost 50 times in the past 14 years or so and iv done many playthroughs before iv done knife only leon's handgun only walking only killing as few enemies as you can and through all that i have to say i never got bored and played another game in fact that was the fact with all of them when i start a new game in resident evil i dont stop until its finished thats just the fan in me telling me you dont stop until its done from one fan to another keep doing what you are doing its good to know that there are still young folks like us that still go back to playing these old games in the series
