Thank you. After I unconsciously got stressed and didn't realize that negative thoughts and anxiety could have such an impact on my body, my body started shaking. I thought I needed something to accept this situation and improve my mind to solve it. Because this happens with my negative and worrying thoughts, and I want to continue and learn more about the mind and positive things.

If the body is sick, the mind doesn't have to be sick also.
Quick question: is tuning out sound necessary to quiet the mind? I feel it is harder to tune out sound than thought.
From my experience with the meditations here: the 'goal' is to allow sounds. If you try to tune out sound you are thinking about it.
I felt free for a tiny moment, then it was gone.
It never left, only your attention to it did.
