Just a word of caution with removing the tie down...I did that on mine as well because I had the same issue as you with the RMM bar install, but if you get into an accident that has enough force to push the battery back, the connectors might contact the bar and cause a spark, leading to a fire. I eventually upgraded to a new battery and luckily it was a little smaller. With the battery tie down, it was still able to clear the bar.
When you have a strut bar as part of the front-end suspension design, then you’ll experience less stress on one side of the vehicle when there are fast cornering or steering movements. It gives the vehicle an opportunity to manage the gravity forces that work against it in either direction, reducing the amount of tension that gets placed on the left or right side. 🤓
I was thinking about that too but all fours are about -3° of camber, I don’t want to have more camber in the front than rear. But you know more than me so let me know what you think haha
After the RMM bar, Beatrush is probably the best but it’s expensive. Not sure about Megan or Tanabe. Tanabe does make great exhausts for the Celica but not sure about their platform for strut bars.
@@equinoxgts beatrush is definitely the best looking but I had fitment issues. It makes contact with the battery and the brake fluid reservoir. Trying to find a fix
@@equinoxgts yeah the battery can just be turned sideways, so thats not that big of a deal. My main obstacle is the reservoir. After digging deep the only person I was able to find with a lhd car and the beatrush front strut bar was that guy celiking but I dont have ig anymore. I think he ended up getting an s2k after and changing his username.
Would kill for an RMM strut bar! Searching for one for decades!!

Could you do a find on how to plug in the vehicle speed sensor🙏🏾
Well I don’t have that problem so it would be kind of pointless, but try looking through the celica forums
Keep up the good videos man, u should make some driving/cruising related vids too 👍
Thank you, I’ll take your idea into consideration 👍🏽

I can't find this strut bar for the celica anymore. Any thoughts on the Megan Racing or tanabe one?
Don’t know too much about strut bars but I’ve heard beatrush is a good brand too
