  • I solved the lines on my GPU at home with an Electric-Iron! because I didn't even have a repair tool. You can also use this idea. If you like the video, subscribe to me. Thanks

That is memory corruption error??!! Your GPU will likely die shortly after...
I have repaired a GTX 780 by replacing a memory chip and the card had the exact same problem! A chip plus 3 reballs later (I am a Beginer and this was my first BGA reball) the card runs perfectly fine with no issues.
*THAT* is how you repair. *THIS* is how people fuck up repairable GPUs

If you do not understand what the problem is, it will seem magical to you. The task here is to re-activate the soldering ball under the GPU chip (although this is a matter of luck). The fact that it reconnects in mild heat is not just for me, you will find many more. Thanks

@@SekanderAli dude it is not matter of luck or not. Have you heard of MATS? That way you could have identified whether it is a memory chip or not. Putting this much stress on the board is just NAAAAH man :D
Talk about why people don't want their stuff to be repaired yeez.. This is why

Okay wanna know which chip had problem? It was B1.
The line on the screen (white solid line after the post screen). Either the chip recived no power (it usually results in white lines just like in your video because no banks where active) or the GPU's memory controller. Judging by this you might have A. Put enough stress on the memory that you made a contact under it and the memory powered on or B. The memory controller got connected but without flux that connection became even more brittle.
I have studied electronics for 4+1 years, been working for 3 years. Speaking from experience. I hate proving stuff but as always I hope you learned something
