To date, I have just created a new bundle for each customer sub-account in Twilio - using the same registrant details every time (my company + customer name) - I am part of the Twilio ISV beta which is meant to change that, but haven't gone deep into it yet.

@@Gohighlevelup Yeah all my contacts have assigned time zones based on state, I was confused about it and called HighLevel, but they won't let me know what the issue is unless I am the agency owner unfortunately
Hi Ryan. Informative video thanks. Do you know if GHL supports Calendly "Event Types"? we have two event types (mainly different time slot durations. e.g. 30 min slot or 60 min slot). based on the event type being purchased can the customer see the calendly with the appropriate event type [min. time slot to book]. I just dont see how the booking bot can be set for each workflow to look at the one calendar/availability. thanks in advance!!
Hey Ryan, I am also trying to figure out the same issue. To clarify, your saying to qualify by asking what appointment slot they are interested in before assigning the bot, however the bot can only book into 1 calendar… and as far as I’m aware the GHL calendar doesn’t support different event type like calendly. Does that make sense? Thanks for you help with this really appreciate it🤝
Hi Ryan, I like your content and I appreciate the video is about the bot creation but the calendar side of things for a restaurant is way too simplified. How would you cope with variable number of people in the booking, if the restaurant has tables for 2, 4 or other seating arangements etc.

I think they killed Eliza which may have been based on different technology like dialogflow for LLM tech. Its a bit dated now this video sorry!

Is there a way to make appointments book in the contact's time zone? Right now the bot is speaking from the agency time zone not the customer's.
I don’t know - but you can assign a Timezone to each contact. Perhaps test with assigning the Timezone first and see the result?

Just ask the right questions as a qualifying round prior to assigning the bot.
