    I'm also stuck on the second step in Zapier where you had the prompt "Create a response for" . Is there any way to go around it as adding field name didn't work either?

      You need to run something through the automation in GHL. If you haven't run any contacts through whatever you added the webhook to it won't pass the test and allow you to select options in the prompt for OpenAI.

    Idk what happened with my ghl but I have the 497 and when i choose the trigger "contact changed" it does not allow me to choose the filter "response" it says there is no such thing as that.

    So I got mines figured out, problem is that after 50 trigger fires, Go high level locks the workflow because it’s causing a loop. Anyone can help with this? 😢

    Okay, I did everything as mentioned in the video and the zap history shows success but when I test it, I am not getting the message back. Is there another step to have CHAP gpt actually respond?

    Interesting video, @hlprotools. Food for thought. When somebody’s on your site, they’d be asking questions about your business wouldn’t they? How can ChatGPT be trained to just answer questions on that topic Matt?
    Also, would it make sense to add a step to record questions / responses to a note on the contact record so that the user has a full history of the visitor’s messages and the AI replies?

    Hello mate!
    Very good video but I have a problem:
    I have changed the chat GPT prompt in zapier to make it act as customer service.
    I get a sms when I add myself to the workflow, but when I reply I just get the same "Hello" message every time, no matter what I write.
    So in other words: Open Ai just keeps sending me the Hello message so its impossible to have a conversation.
    Can you please help me fix this?

    Thanks for the valuable video! In the automated workflow why do you need both triggers - contact changed, and customer replied? Why do you need the contact changed?

      The response field is the contact changed. So whenever that field is updated, GHL is going to send that field to the leads

    Confused. The automation is checking for a change to the response field. How is the customer message getting into that custom field?

      The AI response is getting updated into that field from Zapier that’s the third step in the zap. So every time OpenAI has a response, it updates the field which triggers sending the response.

      Ok. Making progress. You need to run a test in Zapier after having sent an SMS to HL. The message is now getting to OpenAi and it is replying. Now the reply is not getting back into HL (I can see it in the output in Zapier)...

      You have to texted your Twilio phone number a test message. Then grab new data in the Zap. The "Body" tag should be there then.

      @@DLewis1212 In Australia I have LC number that is not recognized as regular mobile number and cannot use it to test. I have tested with "contact" number and that doesn't bring the message body field. I have also tried to add the field but that did not work either

    This is really cool, but I'm having difficulty finding a use case for it... as far as I know you can't train ChatGPT with your business information (please somebody correct me if I'm wrong). Nonetheless, cool video and I appreciate you taking the time for sharing this with us.

      you can do Q&A in chatbot. Remember, people are looking for information - they have a question about that. Filter all questions and group all similar questions that have the same answer.
      remember, people ask different questions for the same answer.
      New customers questions that are not implemented in the chatbot. Memorize the questions and implement an answer to them. group the question if there is an answer to it.
      I'm doing this for my niche right now and will implement it.

      Me and the team use this as a more accessible ChatGPT. For clients we are transitioning all of ZappyChat to OpenAI for the conversational AI.

      Why aren't you using HL Pro Tools??? 😜 jk the location ID and contact ID are actually passed from the webhook. If you did the same thing with the LeadConnector connection it would work fine but it would just be limited to one sub account. The HLPT zap just makes it easier to run a connection like this for ALL of your sub accounts

    Are you using HL message or conversation API endpoint?

      In this example, it's just the HL message web hooked out. The conversation API endpoint is going to be a little more complicated or unstable over the next few months with folks switching to LC phone. Honestly, HL is a little overwhelmed with the LC phone transition so things like the conversation API are kind of being left out to dry. This webhook method is a 2 year old strategy but it definitely works.

      Not sure if you got this figured out or not, but my fields were different too in Zapier. I just mapped the name, email, and phone number and it still worked.

      Good catch! Sorry I didn't clarify. Message Body is a value that HighLevel will send out through the webhook. It's a field that means "whatever the incoming SMS was"

      When you sign up for an account with OpenAI, you can add a credit card at beta.openai.com/account/billing/overview. With the surge in popularity it seems the pricing is a little fluid so most current pricing break down is openai.com/api/pricing/. As of writing this, their most expensive model would work out to approximately $26 for 1M words.

      This is what we’re doing with ZappyChat.com. You have to do a little more programming to pass appt availability and contact info as well as actually book the appt in GHL

      @@jeraldschreiber3056 I am thinking of keeping dfcx in the loop for entitytype extraction and once it has pararms necessary then using tags in HL workflow to stop sending info to chatgpt4 and then removing's those tags so that chatgpt4 can resume conversation

      @@hlprotools I think on the high-level side. The web hook looks like it’s sending request to open AI but yet no text is sent. I get an error that says message body missing even though the message body is added in the zap
