Good evening, Dr. Jamnadas! I appreciate your brilliance, kindness, and integrity. I have been following you since August. You are 100% correct about our addiction to sugar. I weighed 275 lbs in September of 2019. With sheer discipline, I released 140 lbs NATURALLY in less than 2 years. I didn't even exercise. By focusing on my nutrition, I feel so amazing. I released sugar and grains. I drink a gallon of water a day, sleep 8 hours a night! I eat seeds, nuts, eggs, meat, seafood, vegetables, fat, and a few berries. God gave me a second chance at life, and it is my desire to be of service to others. I am a certified health and life coach, and I would love to partner with you!

I don’t eat red meat, turkey, chicken (for 33 years now) - but I am addicted to SUGAR -I am going to stop stop - can I have lentils and beans for my protein? Fish? I dont eat breakfast and eat a small snack for lunch. I only eat dinner and I have high energy all day. Also starting bone broth now since I have cartilage tear on right knee.

Dr, how can we be sure the veggies are organic without a label? I’m always afraid of pesticides without the organic label, or the USDA Certified Organic label. Any advice?
Where can we find bread with few ingredient? Even 'healthy' breads in stores like Wholefoods have lots of ingredients...
Hi sir, Is taking supplements or protein powder on regular basis good or not ? What's your thoughts on it ?
Those protein powder are gimmicks and companies make profits. Those are not real protein. Real protein are wholefoods and also supplements are gimmicks too. Read ingredients and you will see crap in the ingredients. I been eating high protein in my meals because I workout 4 days week at gym. Never taken protein powder. I have gained muscles by eating protein foods.
@@Bitcoin_Gold interesting.. but if they don't have any protein or amino acid content.. how are the people eating it gaining muscle? I tried different days with and without consuming the protein, i obviously see the difference in my energy levels
Every meal must have a vegetable even breakfast. I always have a nice sized salad with my meal even if I'm having other steamed veggies.
Humble request to share some more raw Fruits for better Gut health issues and huge under weight issues and liver health issues

Does butter not cause high cholesterol? I only use real butter but I have found a difference adding this in over olive oil. Maybe it is something else?
Ghee butter is amazing and also I use Kerry gold butter
Margarine butter is the one high cholesterol. I only use grass Fed butter unsalted.
