Yep. The scene really adds to Naamari's character too. Better than what many movies do with 1000 words

I can imagine how devastated Sisu would be if she comes here.

Ignoring it was cut shorter than it is in the film, for now, this scene reminds me at least, despite her being a villain at this time throughout, it says a lot about how Namaari remembers to respect the Dragons and how important they are or were long ago in stopping the Druun and all. This is the big difference with her compared to two other villains similar to her, so we hear and know like her, Darth Vader in Star Wars and Erik Killmonger in the MCU version of Black Panther, both of them at times, show respect towards many of their men and others, but, Killmonger alone had still commited many numerous atocities and crimes, like abuse of power and mass murder and many other crimes besides and showed very little or no remorse or respect himself and yet Namaari does, towards her people, her mother and towards all Dragons and to Sisu herself, but, maybe that's just my opinion at least. Mind you, regarding Killmonger and Vader, I haven't seen any Star Wars films or Black Panther for a long time now, so, I'm a bit rusty at remembering such things to be honest.

Yes, great midpoint of a movie, where a FAST chase scene is suddenly interrupted by this very SLOW section. This emphasizes the mythic/magical lost past, that is respected and missed by everyone, and thus it normalizes the villains and emphasizes the greyer conflict of interest.
