Hi. Great Video. Looks like he had a Babicz Full Contact Bridge on there. Can you tell me what the correct screwdriver size is for the bridge? Also, the correct allen wrench size for the truss rod adjustment?
+Darren Conrad Pretty sure that's a Fender Bridge. (I had to check the photos pretty carefully.) I also checked my notes and came up empty on the wrench sizes, but I have educated guesses. The truss rod takes either a 3/16" (most likely) or 5mm Allen wrench. The bridge saddle height adjustments is with either a 1/16" (most likely) or 1.5mm Allen wrench. ALWAYS use the largest wrench that will fit to avoid stripping out those hex sockets! Then intonation may be accomplished with a # 1 or #2 Phillips driver. Not sure about the Babicz, sorry! setupMyGuitar @setupMyGuitar Facebook: Setupmyguitar
Thank You!!!! Yes....I thought about that later. It was not the BABICZ FULL CONTACT. :) I will buy me a decent allen wrench and screwdriver set. Thank You for responding, Sir.
1) Relief (gap between string and 8th fret with the string or straight-edge spanning from the 1st to the last fret) = .012" to .014", 2) Action (gap between string and 17th fret with unfretted string) = .094" on 4th string (E) and .078" on 1st string (G) in that order. These numbers are taken from the Fender Bass Setup Guide (support.fender.com/hc/en-us/articles/214343843-How-do-I-set-up-my-bass-guitar-properly-) I check the string action at the 12th fret, too, for my own purposes.

Hi, what string height did you set at the 24th fret? Did I say that right:)
