- I used this Octopus lure to catch these Florida Saltwater fish!!
In this episode I head out to Destin Florida to hop on a boat with my good friend Capt Ryan Reed of Badland Charters. We had ONE GOAL... catch a legal AJ and the mission was accomplished in the most unconventional way possible!!

Nice catch! Mouth-watering result!
I like fish cooked any number of ways...! Grew up on fried panfish, learned how to avoid the bones...
Fried catfish, filets from the biguns and fried the fiddlers whole! Fried buffalo ribs were my Grandpa's favorite!
God bless ALL of us!

Thanks brother!!
awesome video! made me hungry for fried fish😋😋😋
Mission accomplished!!
👍👍👍👍👍great pumped up 🎣video Nate and the catching cook you did on those b- liners made me hungry. I cannot lie some fine food there.
Thanks brother!!
I got them about a year now glad to see they work haven't had a chance to use mine yet this winter I will
Congrats on that AJ on a slow pitch setup!!! Love some Beeliner. Never tried it whole like that. Usually filleted for me.
Thanks brother it was a heck of a fight!!
That aj was a stud!!! U catch that thing shirtless? Hahahaha
lol I can neither confirm nor deny 🤣
Honestly my favorite way to cook reds and trout is to season the filets with blackened redfish magic then broil it with a bit of butter and Parmesan cheese on top. It’s been lights out every time.
Can’t go wrong with that!
Wow nice one of your best fights alsome video nate
Thank you!!
Thank you!!
That wore me out watching you real the AJ!😊
🤣 a ton of fun but they will leave you tired lol
Awesome video as always a little bit jealous lol
Thanks brother, take some time and get down here lol
Did you eat the tail? Sea chips. Also Great video.
I don’t think I fried them long enough for that lol
Can’t Hardly beat a bee liner? Did you happen to cut them up with that Cajun Cutz knife? lol
Man that knife is too pretty for all that lol
You had enough flour left over to make a loaf of bread. I'm thinking I'm going to try using a flour sifter. Seems you could aim the sifter right over the fish and get as much on there as you want, pattting it on with your other hand...without wasting so much flour. 🤔 Just a thought...
"Hes under the boat" gave me jaws flashbacks.
lol
Panfish get fried whole, my mom loves the tails and fins. Larger fish get fileted or on the halfshell.
Right on!!
I saw that thumbnail and thought "oh man I hope he's not in the kayak"!!
lol nope not in this one lol
Where do I buy that jigging spoon you used? thanks for the video.
Sea 2 swamp has them
Gutted with head on or off doesn't matter to me. Seasoned with half flour half corn meal. Fried in cast iron with corn or peanut oil preferably
Tell me something, are jacks all in the same family? Because most people say Jack Crevalle doesn't taste good. Just trying to figure out why they are labeled like that so much? Appreciate you brother! God bless! TGBTG!
I believe they are in the same family. Jack Crevalle is just very bloody and doesn’t taste very good
I’m starving now
Mission accomplished lol
Fillet and blackened
Nice! Can’t go wrong with that
Don’t think I’d be using a bait caster to fish for anything bigger than a bream
It’s a Shimano Tranx 400 it’s designed for it lol but you do you lol I’m gonna keep having fun with it.
Count some last year didn't even try them bet u I will this year
