    Hello...such a great video on threads. Many things to consider which I never really thought about. Thanks so much for sharing your projects and knowledge. I have a question about the technique used @ 6:54 in your video. FYI I am a newbie!!!! It looks like someone did some "top stitching" over pieced fabric pieces. Could you explain the techniques used from piecing techniques (did these pieces have raw edges that were held down with stitches and then "decorated" with different threads? What threads were used? Was this freehand? I have a Bernina 460 sewing machine. Is there a name for this technique? A book you might reference to learn more about this? Again, THANK YOU!
