I’m honestly tired of getting announcements 2 years in advance. I’d much rather them announce things like 6 months out so we aren’t feeling all the back and forth/whiplash of all these changing dates and confusion. I don’t want to know about a project until it’s absolutely coming out and mostly finished
Unfortunately that's the nature of entertainment news. The headlines is a regular thing on this channel. But they also do great brackets and movies reviews!
Another show today said Iron Man was included in the Ditko estate lawsuit because even though he was created by Stan, Jack, and Don Heck, all versions of his armor are based on Steve's slimmer, red/gold design. Before Steve, he only had that big clunky armor. And literally he's known for that look, which is different from the original clunk suit. Don Heck designed Tony Stark, inspired by a debonair moustached Howard Hughes type guy, the last I read.
I always like All Star Superman reason for why Lex doesn't recognize that Clark is Superman, Clark slouches, acts dumb and wears baggy clothes to hide his physique so Lex never suspects him. Lex also doesn't think Superman would even need a secret identity because he doesn't wear a mask, let alone lower himself by pretending to be a bumbling oaf like Clark. He sees Superman as a being that thinks of himself as above humanity, even though Superman does everything to prove him wrong.
I think it would be fun for the DCU to go with the secret identity thing. MCU ditched it other than Spider-Man which I think is cool and works but it would be fun to have secret identities
HECTOR 50:18 yes!!!! Sony would make so much money if they gave us another Garfield Amazing spider Man movie, a darker one, as set up by his Spidey in NWH, 😢 I'm just waiting for it. ❤ "NO MORE PORTALS!" 🤣
There was a "leaked" document about the Sony-Marvel Spider-man deal about a year ago and one of the conditions was that Spider-man could only be Peter Parker and there would only be one live action cinematic Peter Parker at a time. No Way Home got around that by having multiverse Peter Parkers make an appearance but that may explain why we haven't seen a live action Miles yet and why Sony hasn't introduced their own Spider-man in their SPUMC series of movies. Unless that document was fake or things change, we may not see a live action Miles or a SPUMC Peter until Tom Holland's Spider-man dies.
I want a live-action Luthor who is physically imposing, so when Clark is depowered (which you know will happen), Lex won’t need a Kryptonite shank to kill him.
I think if they can pull it off Sony should have Beyond the spider verse connect to the spider verse, they actually already started planting great seeds Tobey, Andrew, Donald Glover, mentioning Doctor Strange & Tom holland. Maybe miles sees his live action variant in the next movie
@@hectorminator True I'll agree 100% but he can still debut in Sony and kill off their universe or change let's say Kraven to a hero before leaving and showing up in the MCU. Hell he could bounce back and forth, if need be and we get spider-mania! I just believe Sony should get a shot at having a Spidy for their universe.
I think either Adam DeVine or Anders Holm from workaholics may be a pretty good Booster gold . Besides the obvious glen powell pick . Billy Magnussen would be a pretty good choice too
First question. Would we ever see a marvel movie that is not connected to the comic book?. Second question, would it make sense for marvel to spotlight or give a 3 episode series to a villain before they introduced that villain in a movie.
If DC were to ever make a Black Lightning movie I would choose: Ryan coogler Nia Decosta The film director who did the Blackening Spike Lee The people behind, when they see us or Bel-air & Leave the world Behind? Myself (No! I'm being serious)
53:30 I disagree a pandemic and a strike early explain the marvels hickup. I think koy and people who think like that are bieng chicken little, and they think the sky is falling.
Bringing Miles over with a still breathing Tom Holland spider man is literally just gonna kill all of his momentum and push him back into the B Squad. He should inherit the Sony Universe and Tom stay with marvel
Drop your release date predictions for Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse!
December 2024
May 2025
I am looking forward to seeing how this Spider-Man universe evolves further, it should be quite the adventure.
Love this trio discussing nerdiness.
Endgame in 3D was so good! The shot of Cap standing up to the entire Thanos army was absolutely breathtaking. Even more so in 3D

I agree but there is a line where leakers will have movie announcements before they can, shouldn't have known about F4 or Blade back in like 2021 imo.
We lose all the anticipation, and build up with all of the future learning/planning that goes into it
THANKS for this, Breakroom Crew!!!! I'm ready for Andrew Garfield whenever he is!!!! I'm *so* with what Hector says in the tease!!!!
Tremendous conversations today guys. Thank you for the distraction from the agonizing CRPS pain. ❤

Michael Rosenbaum is my favorite Lex, too.
In the last 3 episodes you been on the break room. You was pretty good with your comic book knowledge and sharing the spot light.
Great convo, y'all! Really good content.

Really love Hector on NR!! 😍😍😍

As one of Jehovah’s Witnesses this is why I LOVE Hector 😂😂😂😂
Sin City 2 and the 3D release of the OG jurassic Park are my two favourite 3D experiences
I'd like a Lex Lutor like Alan Rickmans Hans Grüber in Die Hard.
Love the 3D talk!!
Call it GUNN CONTROL
Algorithm food!

check out Luthor from end of the latest Superman & Lois.. Hes a beast
I almost want a reveal where 1 of the Peter Parker's turns out to be a Ben Reilly

Lmao the intro
I'm with Coy on this one Miles for Sony & Tom for Marvel.
But Miles also deserves to be in the MCU and grow as Spider-Man in a world surrounded by heroes he can share stories with.

Love from Belgium 🇧🇪 ❤
Top Gunn News
I'm surprised Hector mentioned the jehovah's witnesses 3x to prove a point 😂 btw that cult is sinister

“Jumping the Gunn” 😂 When you find a winner you just know! 😅 Great recovery guys 💯🫡
Bautista would’ve been a great Lex
Loaded Gunn News??
How about "Shooting off at the mouth with James Gunn"

If DC were to ever make a Black Lightning movie I would choose:
Ryan coogler
Nia Decosta
The film director who did the Blackening
Spike Lee
The people behind, when they see us or Bel-air & Leave the world Behind?
Myself (No! I'm being serious)
They celebrate annually The Memorial of Jesus' death, which is the most important observance of the year.
That special day. It felt like it went on forever
Y'all model how to disagree passionately AND respectfully, and this behavioral counselor is grateful. ✌🏻
Love hector but he's often a serial over talker. Let Coy get a thought out. That said. Good ep guys

Love nicholas hoult lex I see in. Comic
I agree coy spider-man
The Blade trailer looked cool, but once I heard it might be an XBox exclusive I lost all interest in this.
Also Bethesda. Their track record lately is uh... Not good
Bro Bethesda not writing it the studio did deathloop is Bethesda just producing it
It being an exclusive is no reason to dislike a game. That would be like me shitting on Spider-Man for being a Sony exclusive.

As soon as I seen "it looked cool" I lost all interest in this comment...
Okay honestly coy is daddy idc
Comment👍
Sony just needs to stop with the live action
Just stick to animation
