I have always liked “When I’m 64”. It balanced out the young love songs of fleeting love by suggesting the hope of lasting love.
All bands have their moments of irritation and a lot more sometimes just downright mad at each other. The thing about the Beatles is everything that they've ever said is magnified. John and Paul had quit writing together a long time before they split. I think to anyone that has lived a few years realize they just grew apart.they became separate individuals. Paul and John as it turned out where is different is night and day. Paul shows a Farm and John New York City. When I'm asked well why do these other bands stay together. Paul John and George were also songwriters. They started to develop their own separate styles. Just like when men grow up they go separate directions it's that simple. Well maybe not that simple there is the Allen Klein effect. And the fact that Paul and John could not be in the same country for a long time. I think they would've ever played together again. Yes! But not as the Beatles.
"Hold Me Tight " was a great tune for that time. As good as "Little Child" "All I've Got to Do ""Not A Second Time" "From Me To You" and many others from that time period.
Even in School Paul was brilliant already! 🎉
Many of the songs, that were disliked by one of the Beatles, people like for its simplicity, and the song’s dance melody. People just want to relax while dancing.
I agree with Paul regarding Revolution #9. It didn’t seem like a Beatle song. I didn’t like the direction John was trying to take the band.

So much well known and completely needless info when the point is to know what was Macca's least favorite song. I mean, Macca was born on 18 June 1942, and he had a brother and a half sister. What does that have to do with that disliked song?! Waste your time, and everyone's time, with docs to the point.
We lost so so much when we lost John Lennon. The songs & projects that were left undone are tremendous. We cried that day knowing we’d been robbed along with his family & friends. The places he could/would have gone…
I think Paul is wrong about "Hold Me Tight," it was a great song.

Lots of Paul’s songs were written for the fans that wanted to marry him but couldn’t. Like when I’m 64 is saying something like this is what it might be like if you were married to me.
Every Beatles album would benefit from removing 2 Paul songs.
