I'm happy for Lil Durk that he moved away from all that madness of The Chicago Gangs, and Chicago Gang Life. Honestly, when you live in Chicago, that is all a young person can literally think about. The Gang environment is just so in our faces. It's not a tangible thing you can just throw away, and it's gone.
I moved away, and made it out of Chicago...alive, as with so many others that made it out of Chicago like Lil Durk, for a better life, to maybe not ever return to Chicago, because returning to Chicago, can be a very bad thing. Retaliation is so real in Chicago, for real.
I feel far better about life and living now than I ever felt since being here in Georgia.
