You do know dogs respond better to higher pitched happier tones. It's been proven that many dogs behaved and listen better to women instead of men with the same training and techniques used because the deeper broader made them receptive or less submissive to the commands. If you want a happier and willfully responsive dog baby type talk will work better then the baron male voice will... Besides, If you are this deeply bothered then just keep scrolling, it's simple as that
It’s not cringe okaY? It’s called being a good dog owner if you didn’t know and another thing people will talk to their dogs a lot and play with them. My point is that ITS NOT CRINGE! 😅
when you have a dog this smart it's absolutely impossible not to talk to them constantly like this no matter what you're doing, heelers are genuinely always listening to what you say and understand language in an amazing way
My dog grew up on a tractor trailer with me driving long haul. He listened to the GPS actively. Whenever it said "Take the Exit on the Right" he knew he was probably going to be able to get out and go for a run. He also listened for "destination on the (right/left)" any time my dogs hear DESTINATION they know they're gonna get out and they go nuts.
My blue heeler is the EXACT same way! He understands that when I say " we gotta go to the boys to school " we are going out the garage door and into mommy's car! I love this breed. And my blue heeler picks up on so many other words. This is just so cute!
@@DadsCommentary Why would you park your truck in the garage? I mean, it's a huge truck taking up valuable shop space. Pickups are meant for work, not mall crawling.
My ACD gets this exited when I put my socks on on weekends. Then when I say, "are you ready?", she barks for joy and dog plays with me knowing we're going for a ride. So delightful!
That reminds me of my parents first heeler cross Desmo. As soon as they would give him medication wrapped in food or on its own, he'd find a way to spit out the meds or pretend to swallow it 😂 he was too clever for his own good.
I really want one but my parents say no because they don’t think I will exercise him enough but I’m never inside I’m always fishing hunting going on runs or hiking I think that’s plenty of active events well except for fishing but I’m pretty active and I need a dog like this do you have any tips? And can you give me some reasons to convince them.
Little spoiled Australian cattle dog,! I have one almost the same, she's just quite a bit older. One feature that I love dearly about these babies is their ears, how they stand up the way they do, and they're so intelligent, My girl still tries to herd me!! They're really great dogs!!🥰💞💖
I'm glad I didn't have this on speaker, because my weim and pitty would be freaking out lol. Those boys are crazy when you say the magic words, and both know how to open the door
Lol! I have an Aussie/Border collie 50/50 mix, and she loves rides, too. She'll run for the door, crying, and until I get there, she turns circles, the same way she does when asking for treats.
My blue heeler could open the patio door by using his nose to move the 1x2 board he saw me using my knee to open. A ride meant McDonald's 2 hamburgers no pickles 🤣
Had a red heeler and she had her humans well trained. My husband's cousin would come to the house and she would greet him at the door, walk him thru to the back door and go play stick for 20 minutes or so if I was still upstairs. If I was downstairs, she'd ask permission to go play with her Uncle Duane. Fawn also spoke-she could say 'outside' and 'I love you', clearly and distinctly. People didn't believe it until she did it in front of them. Miss that crazy dog! She certainly set the bar high for all the dogs that have followed.
I had a poodle mix that I used to open a door with a handle like this. One day I caught her teaching her son when he got big enough. She was opening it, swinging the door open and then closing it and waiting for him to try😅
Mine used to jump up on a bench and when I get his harness he pushes his snout into it. Now that he's 16 1/2 he doesn't jump up on the bench anymore but he still loves to go on a hike.
It got to the point with my Heeler that I couldn't even SPELL beach, walk, park, ride without her going ballistic!!! I would have to call it "the great sandy place or the great grassy place. Smart cookie.
My Austrailian Cattle Dog Beagle mix figured out how to open both doors when she was less than six months old. Fortunately we have round knobs on the inside, she still tried once.
My old blue heeler would open all the doors that had that kind of handle. He would open the pantry and took out a loaf of bread or a pack or tortillas and take them in the back yard. He wouldn't eat them, but the packages would have holes in them.
My blue goes to work with me building fences. So many people are astonished on how well behaved she is, and they are with the proper actives and mental stimulation.
This is why I dont have those door handles. My dogs would figure out how to open the doors real fast. They already figured out that one of my doors in our house doesnt latch correctly and bust in like they own the place and pay all the bills 😂. Australian cattle dogs are the best.
My Heeler heard what you said, GUESS WHAT DUDE? IT'S HILARIOUS!!! SHE KNOWS THE WORD, "SPECIAL"!!!! Everytime you said, "SPECIAL ", MY "TEX ", just took advantage of this VIDEO!!!!
The baby talk is just cringe.
I get it, I hate hearing people chew, best I can recommend is don’t watch cause I ain’t changing
I don't think "cringe" really applies to baby talk directed at a pet or baby. You get a pass for that.
Trevor, he's nice to his dog. It's his business. Grow up, please. Paul's wife Katherine in Texas USA 🇺🇸 ♥

I was asking my wife yesterday do you think, they think in our language
@@DadsCommentary they are very good at reading human body language.. very loyal dogs.. my baby died a year ago and I still miss her to this day.
I talk to my heeler like she's a person. I figure that's the best way for her to learn words
@@jameslebeau7078 she won’t talk back buddy unless you take some hard core drugs lol 😂
@@deathtoming2201 No, but she's learned to recognize a handful of words that I never trained her to respond to in the process
Heelers are definitely Einsteins. But all dogs go through that routine.
This is how my border collie mix is. He has picked up so many words that we can’t even spell walk anymore. Dogs are truly smarter than you’d think.

That’s great
High IQ dog breed.
Absolutely nothing better than an ACD. We've had eight over a 30-year span and currently have two. Best breed in the world.
Having a conversation with your PUPPER is just something special ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

It’s Bluey in real life! So adorable

She's a sweetheart. She reminds me of my fur baby, he loves going out for rides and walks with his mommy. ♥️🥰😊
This brought back so many memories! Thank you.
Thanks for watching
My grandma's dog loves doing this. He's tiny, but with the exact same reaction. He just loves going for rides with his head out the door lmao.

BEST BREED EVER!!!!!!! SO smart, funny, loving, fiercely loyal and protective- ❤
True
Yes mine is to protective lol
I just got a two year old cattle dog she is so protective I love it
“Protective” is what the owner says when he knows it’ll bite you just because it doesn’t know any better.
My dog is the very same! He's a Shiba Inu. He loves rides more than walking.
I talk to my babies the same way! I’ve fallen in love with this breed and its countless mixes. 😊

Extreamly Clever Little Pup
What a smart girl ❤🐾
You can see the intelligence in your dog's expression ❤ Such a cool dog 🐶😊
Ours opens the doors even with round handles lol. We also talk to her like she’s a human, not a baby. She’s very smart.
I love this breed so much I have 4 lolol they’re the best. 😭💜

I love the baby talk with your fur baby. It's so sweet! ❤❤
It gets to a point when you have to spell out to eachother so the dog finds it harder to understand .

These are working dogs and need a lot of exercise and stimulation.

She looks just like my heeler Maggie. Blessed with her 14 years. I miss her so much.
So sorry
It makes me laugh so hard seeing how they are all similar lol I can't say the words BALL, treat, let's go without her doing the same haha
Beautiful dog. I have a male Aussie Cattle 🐶🐕❤ love this breed😊
