I always thinking .. to make this Chai Kuih could be challenging for me. I try and I made it successfully also did it fews times coz it’s one of my son favourites too from your cooking channel. He can easily eat 7 pcs at a time. Thank you Kathrine for your step by step tutorials and I can now easily make it at home 😊

Please advise the best way to store for the remainder dumplings to maintain the skin texture. Thanks

跟着老师的食谱一模一样,没有改动,第一次就成功,家人都赞不绝口。我做了40个左右。跟着老师其他的食谱,每次都可以一次成功,还有芋角叉烧包等等都很好吃,蛋糕食谱也是一样。谢谢老师分享

其實搓粉不需要放2湯匙油.一茶匙就可以了.放太多油又难捻合.

Absolutely not recommended, it may cause the outer skin to be tougher and not as tasty as before..
