Filling (馅料):
350g taro, steamed and mashed (350克芋头,蒸熟压成泥)
30g /2 tbsp dried shrimp, soaked and chopped (30克虾米,浸软,剁碎)
2 tbsp cooking oil (2汤匙油)
Seasoning (调味料):
1 tsp salt (盐)
2 tsp sugar (糖)
1 tsp five spices powder (五香粉)
1/2 tsp pepper (胡椒料)
1 tbsp fried shallots oil (炸葱油)
Ingredients for skin (皮料):
100g (3/4 cup) wheat starch /tang mien fun(澄面粉)
40g (1/3 cup) tapioca starch (木薯粉)
40g (1/3 cup) glutinous rice flour (糯米粉)
200ml boiled water (滚水)
1/2 tsp salt (盐)
2 tbsp oil (油)
Fried shallots oil for glazing
适量炸葱油,抹皮用

Hi Kathrine wheat starch is it tepung gandum in malay?
Manisha no you can get in cake shop or supermarket called wheat starch flour or tang mein fun in Chinese,not tepung gandun.

可以刨丝,但也是要蒸熟,有五香粉会比较香,如不喜欢可以不放,味道是随个人的口味
