Hi Kathrine wheat starch is it tepung gandum in malay?
Manisha no you can get in cake shop or supermarket called wheat starch flour or tang mein fun in Chinese,not tepung gandun.

แป้งตั่งหมี่น 100 กรัม, แป้งมัน40 กรัม, แป้งข้าวเหนียว 40 กรัม, น้ำ 200 ml, น้ำมัน 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ

老师,五香粉一定要吗?如果芋头不压城泥可以刨丝吗
可以刨丝,但也是要蒸熟,有五香粉会比较香,如不喜欢可以不放,味道是随个人的口味
