Dough 面团 :
300g Rice flour 粘米粉
65g Tapioca flour 65克 木薯粉
50g Sweet potato flour 50克 番薯粉
700ml Boiling hot water 700毫升 滚热水
50ml Oil 50毫升 油
100ml water 100毫升 水
1 teaspoon Salt 1茶匙 盐
Ingredients for Yam 芋头配料 :
2 Garlic, minced 2粒 蒜头, 切碎
800g Yam, shreds 800克 芋头, 切条
100g Dried shrimp, diced 100克 虾米, 切粒
20 Shiitake mushrooms, shreds 20朵 香菇
½ teaspoon Salt ½茶匙 盐
½ teaspoon Pepper ½茶匙 胡椒粉
1 teaspoon Fish sauce 1茶匙 鱼露
1 tablespoon Light soy sauce 1汤匙 酱青
1 tablespoon Shallot Oil 1汤匙 葱头油
2 pieces Banana leaves 2片 香蕉叶

Thank you Sister I love Tao Kueh. I am Teochew too. My late Grandma n Mom used to make these Kuehs. I Also love Kueh with Green Beans filling and eat with Braised Duck Sauce.
