@@NEOSecretRecipe Your recipe doesn’t make sense. If the ratio of flour to water is 1:2, then 600g flour should need 1.2kg (ie 1.2 litres) water and not 2 litres water as shown in your recipe. Is there a mistake? The correct ratio is critical. Too much water and the cake will be too soft. Too little water and it will be too hard.

5 Small red onions, slices 5粒 小洋葱, 切片
