Thank you, Asrif! I’m so glad you found the video reassuring. Only three weeks to go - that’s so exciting! Wishing you all the best as you prepare for your viva. You’ve got this!
Hi. thanks for these great tips. I'd like to ask about our presentation in Viva. I have been given 25 minutes to present the work I have done over the past few years. Since English is my second language and I am quite slow whilst speaking, I wanted to ask whether it is acceptable to do our presentation using a script to just be able to respect the time. I have asked many and it appears to me that some people are so against of it. I really appreciate you sharing your thoughts on this.
Thank you for your question! Using a script during your presentation is perfectly fine, especially if it helps you stay within the time limit and express yourself clearly. Many examiners appreciate a well organised and concise presentation, regardless of whether it's scripted. That said, it's a good idea to check with your institution in case they have any specific policies or preferences for viva presentations. Best of luck-we’re rooting for you! Mine is next year. I'm midway between not worrying about it and telling myself I'm an idiot for not worrying about it.

I think it’s safe to keep it off the worry list for now! 💪🤓
Mine is next week 7th November. Wish me luck😊
