I have traveled on Amtrak a total of 60 times since January 31,1974. I’m a regular Amtrak rider on the Pacific Surfliners between San Diego, Los Angeles & Oxnard,CA. I alternate my trips between Los Angeles & Oxnard when I’m home in Chula Vista,CA for visits. I also travel long distance on Amtrak as flying domestically is a hassle & a drudgery.
156 got DBR from a vehicle accident and 66 got DBR by a truck accident so they would have to be replaced so that the foamers wouldn't get too pissed at Amtrak.
Ive loved trains all my life and though I feel bad making this comment considering al arge portion of why the air travel business is struggling is because of the conflict over mask, a large part of me does see some satisfaction in watching as train travel in America becomes more prevalent again😊
All right that's Amtrak's next commercial somebody call them up and put this on the air think when was the last time you saw a train commercial on television it's been a long time for me I've only seen two the Lionel Train alarm clock and the Lionel coin Bank bring the train commercials back I'll get the kids involved again
