    I started using the Aussie Moist shanpoo and conditioner. It worked good at first but after using it a few more times. My hair became dry and I started to get dandruff and a lot of shedding . I had to go back to my Ganier Fruitis triple nutrition I should have never used Aussie moist. I did an apple cider vinegar rinse and it cleared up the dandruff and stopped the shedding. I had no idea that certain shampoos and conditioners can cause build up and dryness like that.

    My face and head get very greasy if I don't shower everyday, the grease is so much I could literally wipe it off with a tissue and actually see the oil stains on the tissue. I cannot even wear headphones without getting them visibly greasy. A few years ago I used accutane for my acne, and to my surprise it was also the BEST cure for my oily head as it stayed oil-free for many days longer after a shower. I wish I could continue taking it but unfortunately it causes joint and back discomfort, this thing dries the shit out of your body, even your natural joint lubricants.

      Listen very closely, that's is a condition you need take care of asap. My father had that long time ago and lost majority of his hair. You need to number one don't scratch, number two make your own AVC shampoo and add peppermint + tea tree oil or you can add menthol crystals, whichever is fine. Then throughout rest of week use a sulfate free ketocanozole shampoo. Do not I repeat do not use anything oily on your scalp and don't touch dandruff shampoos. Last get checked internally for anything. This is my advice, i hope all works out for you.

    I have oily skin and oily hair.
    It got so bad that my hair looked almost permanently wet and had a foul odour even though I washed it every day. Large clumps of dandruff would also be present on my scalp constantly. I got myself an electric scalp massager that scrubs away dandruff build up and also breaks up and loosens the oil. I massage my scalp for about 20 minutes every day before showering. Problem solved. 👍

    • @trusound170
      @trusound170 2 года назад +1

      Maybe try a scalp massage daily. Massage the entire scalp for 3-5 minutes each day, and rinse the hair with vinegar after shampooing, be sure to massage the vinegar into the scalp. Rinse well and then use conditioner. Also, in your shampoo add a dime sized drop of vitamin e oil. Jason makes a very good one. 5,000 iu is the strength you want here. Just squirt a little shampoo into your palm, add a bit of the oil, mix and shampoo as always.

Hair can be genetic but my opinion is that long term gradual thinning is due in most part by environmental and external factors.
