All great games you picked there. 2 movie based games I recommend are Alien 3 and The Terminator both games I loved playing back when I was a teenager back in the 90s
I knew of Lemmings, but didn't know about Puggsy. It is running about here in the U.S. for $10-20. I took a look at my collection to come up with some recommendations. If you have any of these or already explored them but they don't tickle your fancy, I can recommend more. The initial three I came up with are Wiz 'n' Liz, Dashin' Desperadoes, and Socket. Happy to list more of my collection for any reason. Thanks for hanging in there and continuing to make these videos, Lydia. Love hearing your voice!
Thanks for the recommendations! Wiz n Liz was on my radar already (but pricey here in the UK I think) but the other two I hadn't heard of so I'll check them out!
@@Lydgendary Since Wiz 'n' Liz is already on your radar, let me provide another three. (So hard to choose!) How about Red Zone? Technically impressive. Ranger-X-because who doesn't love mecha? And Tinhead (love the music; also available on Steam).
Nice additions to the collection. I enjoyed Ristar so much when I was a kid. It was a rental for me though so I never got to finish it properly. A game worth looking out for (if you’ve not already heard of it or own it) is rocket knight adventures also. That’s become a nostalgic game for many. It had a HD remake or something back on the PS3/360 but the original was a great one.
Just subbed! I am a bit of a Mega Drive collector myself. And Ristar is one of my favourite games ever however its so hard to get through the 6th level
Love the hand written instructions on Alissa Dragoon 😂 I’m old enough to have got the MegaDrive when it first came out- think it must have been around 1991 something like that. It was so hard choosing games because they were around £30-40 and you had no way of knowing if they were going to be any good. Even if they were crap you had to persevere and suffer it! I got hold of a Japan-UK cartridge adapter and bought an amazing game called Elemental Master- well worth seeking out.
Mega finds! Good condition, too - love those old school manuals! Ristar - found it super charming, need to revisit it one day! Pugsey - Not heard of that one! The boxart looks like one of those art collages we'd do at school haha Not heard of Alisia Dragon - looks neat!
Remember getting the the cheat fo Alisa dragoon out of mean machines magazine back in the day when you got vcheat books free with the magazine it was the only way i could complete the game my favourite mega drive game is gynorg i recommend that if you haven't played it
@Lydgendary I need to start collecting again. I did have loads as a kid but sold it all for a PS1 🙈 I also had some real gems in there in mint condition. I don't want to think how much it is worth now. That said I have started collecting the Mini Consoles

Thanks for the recommendations! I've heard they're great a few times, will add them to the collection (eventually) 😅

You can’t go wrong with Lemmings. I haven’t played it in such a long time.
I'm really enjoying it. I hated it at first but realised I put it on the hardest difficulty first 😭😂

Nice review, i remember having that alicia dragon game as part of a sega compilation cartridge im sure
Great video. It was nice seeing you both again 😊
Check out the immortal. Its a brutal isometric sorta medieval story game, always puzzled me

As per Great Vid Lyd! Definitely got to play Ristar now.
It's a must for the Megadrive in my opinion 😍

Alisia Dragoon is awesome but it's really difficult 😂 they're all really charming though, ristar is right at the top of favourite Megadrive games now

I was looking at Ristar in Leeds CEX this morning, but the condition was pretty poor :( congrats on getting a nice copy! Great game :)
CEX sell some very questionable conditions 🤦
Wow, some excellent games there!!! Congrats on the heavy hitters. Those will be great additions to the collection.
Most definitely! So happy with the finds!
'Heavy hitters' 😅
Paid 35 pounds for a mint copy of Ristar from CEX in 2017 and I thought that was expensive!
All the games are amazing. I have plan to buy Ristar, but at the moment the price is a bit high, but I am looking forward.
Congrats for your games...
Understandable, it's pricey by my standards as well 😅 it's definitely worth getting for your collection though! And thank you, super happy with them!
I agree 100%😊
Alissa Dragoon! So difficult but really fun
Absolutely, I didn't get very far yet 😭😂

Played ristar recently on the switch and to be honest forgot how good it is
Some nice pick ups
Thanks for the great video! Have a wonderful weekend. ^______^
And you 🥰
Can we talk about the Jet Set Radio Duck?!
Isn't he cool af?!
Great contents 😊👍 💯
Alisia Dragoon é um ótimo game, mas nunca consegui terminar na época
