Dude I’ve been watching your videos for awhile, and it’s always bothered me who you remind me of. I was rewatching Harry Potter and the half blood prince the other day, and I realized you’re a spitting image of the young Tom Riddle!
FYI for your GAP rifle, the griffin armament PSR 7 muzzle device and suppressor fits exactly like that old school surefire mount and can (the barrel has been contoured to fit that muzzle device). Used the same setup on my M40A5 build because the surefire cans when they can be found are disgustingly overpriced and like stated above the barrel get contoured and crowned a specific way for said muzzle device. Also no issues with 1/12 twist rate. Although the m40 has a 24 inch barrel and routinely shoot out to 1000 with 175 smk.
Long range and precision shooting is awesome. The recoil on 308 will make spotting trace and impacts unpleasant compared to some modern precision cartridges. Look into getting a dd delta 5 pro in 6 creed or build up an ar15 in 6arc with a proof research barrel.
Nice 308 rifle collection I also currently own a H&k MR762A1 I’m also saving up for a good scope and bipod for it !! That rifle nearly bankrupt me but at the end of the day it will be worth it in my opinion 🤙
