I found out I was at a 10.6 (mild) and haven’t had any symptoms at all besides some minor-ish muscle aches only in my legs for almost a week and a half. Is that a cause of concern or just keep hydrating and it’ll pass on soon?

Hi, I have hypercalcemia and my ca level is 12.1. My surgeon told me to remove overactive para thyroid gland. Is there any alternative treatment? Thanks!
