    Great tips and reminders. Thank you! One thing I can add is to check in on your interns about how they're doing emotionally. Intern year is a huge transition and especially in times of unfortunate patient outcomes, family discussions, there can be a lot of different emotions and can lead to burnout/intern slump over time. I think a great senior would make themselves approachable for interns to feel comfortable to talk to them about this, which can help to remind people that we're going through this together. Idk if this is corny but I think it's pretty important.

    great advice. when i was intern sometimes overly helpful seniors sometimes hampered learning especially early on (putting in admission orders for you etc). autonomy is a big part of career satisfaction

    Very good video! The parents of medical students/residents may find a way to understand what your son/daughter’s lifestyle is by watching this type of videos.
