I followed this video and was able to get the chalice filled and get the Mea Culpa upgrades i was wanting in record time. THANK YOU, as always, great strats and no time wasted🤝
It should be safe as long as you have the Linen of golden thread and Three gnarled tongues equipped. You could go around through Echoes of salt but that defeats the whole purpose of doing it fast.

Have you reached the area called The Sleeping Canvases? There you can find a giant painting in one of the rooms, interact with it and an NPC will talk to you and give you the linen cloth.
Either this was patched out or simply does not work for me. Had to do the full run, which is actually not that bad if you know all the tricks and speed of movement
