The praying of Viridiana (the one who gives you two golden orb) is also perfect for this fight, not only it protects against the fire orbs but only it does a good constant damage

You can spill your blood to regain mana then cast even more invulnerabilities. Or play the "hard" ng+ challenge that replaces health flasks with mana flasks.. then you can just use the invulnerability to snooze beat all the bosses in true torment even the tanky annoying snake.

How do you stop fireballs?
i cant, it stop after few second. all i can do is avoid it and use "Tiento to your Thorned Hairs" prayer to dodge it.
