Did you link to the right video for the solo tutorial? It's a great video but I can't find the solo tutorial. He does play it one time in the middle but that's about it I think. Did I miss it?
Good job You are the closest person to getting this tune right , as a songwriter my self please keep focusing on and teaching the nuances it's important
Great lesson Andy as always..another great song to get my teeth into. Love the progression of the chords fit together perfectly for that western country tone ! 🎸thank you! 😄
Sorry - but the intro is wrong. This is a very common way that is depicted in this video. But listen to the song. As the first four notes (and subsequent four, etc) are being played, you have it (in relation to tone) as low, high, high, low. It should be low, high, low, high. Not trying to come across as snarky, just trying to be helpful.
Sorry but youre wrong. Sambora plays it this way, you can litterally see him do it this way live in every concert. What you're not hearing, and the difference being, is he does it on a twelve string and this is a six, the octave on the G string mirrors what it sounds like if you played it starting with the E string after you pluck the opening D string to begin the riff.
I’ve been in a slump not knowing what to learn, this will be great!

I know it’s slightly different and probably can’t take requests….. but would there be any chance of Dave Stewart and Candy Dulfer’s Lily was here?
Just out of interest what sequence is the chord progression in? It's like a 5, 4, 1, flat Maj 7???

Remember; this is meant to be easy for beginners and intermediate players, not exact and complex for experts.

But you got the gist...make adjustments as needed
You must be a lot of fun at parties
