I think the issue with Vaggie's wings is the same reason she didn't tell Charlie about her past. Subconsciously, she felt unworthy of her girlfriend's love. But when she finally let go of her doubt and self hate, her full potential was unleashed.
Additionally, they're are different from her original wings. So I think it's also an evolution of sorts, because before she used them for extermination and now it's about protecting Charlie and Charlie's dream.
I took it as her focusing her whole being on protecting the one she loves, and protecting those in need is the true role of a warrior angel. She reaffirmed who she really is, and that caused her angelic nature to re-manifest.

It's also possible Carmilla let her hair down to help teach Vaggie how to fight with long hair, especially since when they mirror each other their hair follows the mirrored movements.
My theory as to why Vaggie got her wings back: All her life after having her wings clipped she was probably fighting for the wrong reasons. As Carmilla said, she was fighting for bloodshed. After she solidified her reason to fight, which was to protect the people she loved and it being a "good" reason (as in alignment), her angelic powers probably just repaired her wings. Doing things for the right reasons seems to be a thing that "Heaven" rewards, at least in the last two episodes.
That's such a good theory! I haven't thought of it that way, but it makes so much sense that her wings grow back now that she has "pure reasons" if you can said it like that.
A few theories regarding Al not wanting Charlie’s soul: 1. He can’t. As Lucifer’s daughter and princess of Hell, he can’t take her soul in a deal like another sinner. OR the constraints of his own deal prevent him from taking souls in deals. 2. He genuinely doesn’t want it. He wants the favor because he hopes Charlie can order or convince whoever has him on a leash to let him go. Side note: I love Rosie. I kinda remember someone saying she was Jewish in life. If that is the case, as someone who is Jewish, she’s great. Her interactions with Charlie are like a Jewish mother or grandmother. Absolute perfection.
Also possible that he knows the nano-second Lucifer would catch whiff of him laying a finger on his daughter's soul he'd be turned into a grease-smear. lol

In the cannibal song he declares her with "So much potential I could guide." I believe he considers her a more valuable asset if manipulated instead of outright controlled. If he took her soul and it got out (or the eye theory is correct), her reputation and status as princess of hell might become worthless since she's obviously under Alastor's sway. Plus the wrath of Lucifer. But if he continued to endear himself to her and manipulates and puppeteers her from the background instead, he could achieve a lot more with her help.
I think that Alastor just didn't want to overplay his hand. It's easier to get a hesitant target to agree to an unfavourable deal by softening your hand. Compared to a soul, a "mere" favour seems like nothing in comparison and is much easier to fall for. Plus if Alastor had demanded a soul and Charlie refused, all his goodwill would have been used up and he would have been left with nothing. He could still have backed out gracefully if Charlie refused a simple favour.

You marinate, baste it, let it cook and roil in the flavors for a truly filling meal. Alastor knows she has an insane amount of power within her. So why take her now? When she doesn't even know it herself?

I love the note that it seems like most of the overlords are kind of just chill. So long as you don't antagonize them, that is. And then you have the V's, who are hyper aggressive with every decision that they make.
"Just because you see a smile, don't think you know what's going on underneath." That is an interesting line from Alastor. There are times where he's shown that he's angry, frustrated, or irritated, even though he's smiling all the time. The eye twitch gives it away.

23:06 The reason Rosie is probably so down to earth is because cannibals (Despite their twisted taste) are still human. It's been said that cannibals don't eat human meat because of taste but rather because of how taboo it is, the adrenaline that comes with knowing you're eating human flesh is an addiction. Something a lot of them probably aren't proud of but can't stop, so they just *put on a smile* and continue life. This is why Alastor's quote "Just because you see a smile doesn't mean you know everything below the surface." brings up Rosie. Rosie... a cannibal that smiles all the time and seems okay with herself, clearly has a bit of shame shown by her frown when saying "It can be hard for someone to admit something their ashamed of." This can also apply to Angel Dust back in episode 4 and how Husk kept calling him out for being fake and trying to hide everything he hates and feels ashamed of.
So, after the finale, my theory is that Alastor's favor will be Charlie handing him rule over Hell. She will technically not harm anyone, as she is basically stepping down from her responsibilities, and that may also free Alastor, as he will become the one pulling all the strings.

At first time I didn’t understand how Vaggie grew her wings back, and then I remembered that Lute tore them off and didn’t cut them off with an angelic weapon, like Vaggie’s eye, which she would never get back. That’s why she was able to get her wings back.
That's a good point. Combine that with the angels being able to conceal their wings and it makes me wonder if her wings had already grown back and she just didn't realize it because of how down she's been and hiding who she was.

Alastor's favor is going to be that Charlie breaks his contract to whomever owns him. It's why he keeps encouraging her, keeps guiding her. Whoever has him on a leash, he probably thinks Charlie isn't just the one with the power to free him, but the only one who'd want give him his freedom. That's my prediction.
I think he may or may not do something like that, but that he doesn't necessarily have concrete plans so much as waiting to see how things develop before playing his cards accordingly. That is, that favor could be any number of things, while still keeping himself in her good graces("Alastor could have asked for my soul, but he didn't. All he wanted was a harmless favor. Maybe he does care...", whereas if he asked for her soul he's instantly made enemies of everyone and crushed any goodwill he had). For example, he could always twist his own words. A "favor where she harms no one" could easily mean making it so she _can't_ fight him when he plays his hand.
Loved seeing a Tomotasauce on. Hope you have him or more guests in the future. Fun fact: Rosie and Cannibal Town is based off the 1930s musical "Hello, Dolly" about a matchmaker named Dolly Gallagher Levi. (Rosie is clearly based off her). BTW I love Rosie's Gibson Girl style with the creepy, happy face. I think there's an obvious reason why Alastor wouldn't ask for Charlie's soul: He's smarter than to try that, at least yet. First off, she would likely say no; and even without any contract restricting him, taking her soul would invite a lot of trouble he'd rather do without right now. Working slower and sneakier is smarter and probably much more entertaining for him.

I'm just confused why no one seems to notice that he looks genuinely infuriated and frustrated after Charlie says that she can't understand how he can just enjoy everyone's suffering. Like, that dark flush in his face shows volumes. He is peeved so much. And yet, I have yet to see it mentioned by anybody. It's not like it isn't evident! Even though his tone is genial and even-keeled during his discussion on the importance of a smile, his wording differs. It is literally a thinly-disguised, angry rant about how she has badly failed to see through his mask of a smile. Which would imply that he lied about being there for suffering, or no longer feels that way. Even his body language changes. His physical contact with Charlie has been through dance, hugs, or making fatherly gestures (to piss or not piss off Lucifer, that is the question). But then, his body language became creepier, more aggressive. He grips her harder, forces her mouth into a smile, etc.

Carmilla and Vaggie have long loose white hair, angular features, wield sharp weapons, and overall have a black, white and red/pink color scheme; while Rosie and Charlie have blond hair pulled back, round pale faces with big eyes (or in Rosie's case, big eye HOLES, lol), and wear red outfits.

That's my favorite little detail. I love that Carmilla's immediate response to Vaggie making excuses is to start flexing without hesitation.

My theory as to why Vaggie got her wings back: All her life after having her wings clipped she was probably fighting for the wrong reasons. As Carmilla said, she was fighting for bloodshed. After she solidified her reason to fight, which was to protect the people she loved and it being a "good" reason (as in alignment), her angelic powers probably just repaired her wings. Doing things for the right reasons seems to be a thing that "Heaven" rewards, at least in the last two episodes.
Plus, her new wings look more "pure" than her old wings. Soft silver instead of black.
That's such a good theory! I haven't thought of it that way, but it makes so much sense that her wings grow back now that she has "pure reasons" if you can said it like that.

A few theories regarding Al not wanting Charlie’s soul:
1. He can’t. As Lucifer’s daughter and princess of Hell, he can’t take her soul in a deal like another sinner. OR the constraints of his own deal prevent him from taking souls in deals.
2. He genuinely doesn’t want it. He wants the favor because he hopes Charlie can order or convince whoever has him on a leash to let him go.
Side note: I love Rosie. I kinda remember someone saying she was Jewish in life. If that is the case, as someone who is Jewish, she’s great. Her interactions with Charlie are like a Jewish mother or grandmother. Absolute perfection.
Also possible that he knows the nano-second Lucifer would catch whiff of him laying a finger on his daughter's soul he'd be turned into a grease-smear. lol

I feel it's this one. In the cannibal song he declares her with "So much potential I could guide." I believe he considers her a more valuable asset if manipulated instead of outright controlled. If he took her soul and it got out (or the eye theory is correct), her reputation and status as princess of hell might become worthless since she's obviously under Alastor's sway. Plus the wrath of Lucifer. But if he continued to endear himself to her and manipulates and puppeteers her from the background instead, he could achieve a lot more with her help.
I think that Alastor just didn't want to overplay his hand. It's easier to get a hesitant target to agree to an unfavourable deal by softening your hand. Compared to a soul, a "mere" favour seems like nothing in comparison and is much easier to fall for. Plus if Alastor had demanded a soul and Charlie refused, all his goodwill would have been used up and he would have been left with nothing. He could still have backed out gracefully if Charlie refused a simple favour.

Alastor's favor is going to be that Charlie breaks his contract to whomever owns him. It's why he keeps encouraging her, keeps guiding her. Whoever has him on a leash, he probably thinks Charlie isn't just the one with the power to free him, but the only one who'd want give him his freedom. That's my prediction.
I think he may or may not do something like that, but that he doesn't necessarily have concrete plans so much as waiting to see how things develop before playing his cards accordingly. That is, that favor could be any number of things, while still keeping himself in her good graces("Alastor could have asked for my soul, but he didn't. All he wanted was a harmless favor. Maybe he does care...", whereas if he asked for her soul he's instantly made enemies of everyone and crushed any goodwill he had). For example, he could always twist his own words. A "favor where she harms no one" could easily mean making it so she _can't_ fight him when he plays his hand.
The way that Alastor is just kicking off his legs while lying in bed and moving his face closer to Charlie very slowly was so funny!!! LOL!!!!

I think there's an obvious reason why Alastor wouldn't ask for Charlie's soul: He's smarter than to try that, at least yet. First off, she would likely say no; and even without any contract restricting him, taking her soul would invite a lot of trouble he'd rather do without right now. Working slower and sneakier is smarter and probably much more entertaining for him.
This episode makes the scene in pilot make sense. In the pilot opening we see Camila's daughters pulling an angelic spear from a corpse in front of Rosie's shop. That was them collecting them

Alastor's smile... He sees emotions as weakness, and smiling and being happy about everything is power to him. Negative emotions mean that person is weak and can break down. He's always smiling to make it seem like nothing gets to him and he has the upper hand at all times
I'm just confused why no one seems to notice that he looks genuinely infuriated and frustrated after Charlie says that she can't understand how he can just enjoy everyone's suffering.
Like, that dark flush in his face shows volumes.
He is peeved so much.
And yet, I have yet to see it mentioned by anybody.
It's not like it isn't evident! Even though his tone is genial and even-keeled during his discussion on the importance of a smile, his wording differs. It is literally a thinly-disguised, angry rant about how she has badly failed to see through his mask of a smile. Which would imply that he lied about being there for suffering, or no longer feels that way.
Even his body language changes. His physical contact with Charlie has been through dance, hugs, or making fatherly gestures (to piss or not piss off Lucifer, that is the question). But then, his body language became creepier, more aggressive. He grips her harder, forces her mouth into a smile, etc.

Did anyone notice how the respective "mother" figures for Vaggie and Charlie in this episode bear a resemblance to their "daughter" figures? Carmilla and Vaggie have long loose white hair, angular features, wield sharp weapons, and overall have a black, white and red/pink color scheme; while Rosie and Charlie have blond hair pulled back, round pale faces with big eyes (or in Rosie's case, big eye HOLES, lol), and wear red outfits.
My guess is that Rosie sounds like she's from the Bronx because she's absolutely based on Dolly Levi from "Hello, Dolly!" and in the movie, Dolly was played by Barbara Streisand.
