Not yet, I try to be as transparent as possible. I have yet to find a bike that qualifies for a 5/5!

Technically yes, I have yet to find an alternative solution
Hand signals require onlookers to be capable of interpreting them...and most drivers cannot.
My customer service is quite different. I give them a 1.5 maybe a 1 of 5. I've had my bike for months and 50% of the time it's been down. Not good.

This is a city bike. Nobody wants a rear suspension for this.
@@comedyman112 all paved roads are not smooth and older riders tend to want full suspension, me included, so you shouldn’t say nobody.
