Wow, that's right by my property. 5 acres, I paid 6,800, about 10 to 15 years ago. Now it's going for almost 30,000 thousand. Own water rights and dig a well. And not many power poles there, so you might have to put a few in to reach your property. They are about 1,000 to 1,500 a pole.

@bestvideos4ever1 it is up for sale, as of last Friday. I'm looking for a small spot up in the mountains, next to a river or creek. Mt. Blanca is ideal, but anywhere along the huerfano River is perfect. Thanks for the comment.

Do you any properties where it’s possible to build a small house or container structure to live in? Would like to build this home with own mind & two hands. Aware CO has strict septic, water, electric & camping permits. Will be living out of my pickup truck until building plans are created & ok’d by county. Anywhere in the US will suffice. Way to much?? It’s worth 10k at the most
Wasteland without permission to agriculture or farming, you can camp out there but it may be prohited also. so 10k is max for paying for 35 acres, you need at least additional 150k for building your place, unless you wanna live in a TENT
