One of these days I plan on buying some land in Colorado and building a two bedroom cabin on the land. I am also the one who wrote to you about the ranch in the St. Louis area. Actually near Bonne Terre. You were wondering if I was from that area, but I said that the German region of Mid Missouri was where I was from. I now live in NE Missouri. As a child my family would go out to Colorado every other year and visit with relatives in the Pueblo area. They had a camper and a boat that they kept up around Twin Lakes. Which is near Leadville and Buena Vista. I always looked forward to going out to that beautiful region. Can I ask how would you know if there if past due payment taxes on the land, who is the property owner, water and mineral rights? Are there utilities? Is there a minimum septic acreage?

I had NO idea that so much land was available in Colorado. I am looking to buy raw land in several states, either Montana or Idaho.
